Silverline Comics is a comic publisher initially founded in 1988, by Roland Mann, Steven Butler, Mitch Byrd, and Thomas Fortenberry, establishing a name for themselves with the debut of Cat & Mouse (Roland Mann), thus establishing the Silverline Universe.
