Jay Bontatibus (July 31, 1964 - February 12, 2017) was an American actor. He was born and raised in Cheshire, Connecticut, active in sports during his years at Cheshire High School and Central Connecticut State University, and during his time at Central, he developed an interest in acting.
He passed away in 2017 after a long battle with cancer.
