Although the original series had decent length at forty-three books and Crimebusters was cancelled after only hitting eleven books, the extended German release puts the books at over two hundred. As a result, the series has amassed quite a cast of characters. The characters are sorted by which series they were part and when they debuted except for the Investigators and their family, who have their own pages.
