These are the units available in Star Wars: Legion, split into six different ranks:
- Commander: Hero Units that can give orders using command cards. Limit is 1-2.
- Operative: Hero Units with additional abilities accessed through their own command cards, but are incapable of delivering orders to others. Limit is 0-2.
- Corps: Versatile trooper units that make up the bulk of your armies. Limit is 3-6.
- Special Forces: More specialised Elite Mooks. Limit is 0-3.
- Support: Units that function best when covering other units from backlines or flanks. Limit is 0-3.
- Heavy: Expensive but powerful units that often form the centrepiece of an army. Limit is 0-2.
