Asgard Electronics is a Humanitarian Organization that created for the purpose of saving the evil plans of DEM Industries. The group was formed by Elliot Woodman, Ellen Mathers, and Elsie alongside many former DEM Employees some time after the Eurasian Sky Disaster.
