• The cosmic wailing in the intro and outro to "Planet Claire", which can easily be mistaken for Theremin - impressively it's Kate Pierson's voice, with the melody doubled up on synthesizer; the Record Producer just mixed the two tracks in a way that made it sound like a Theremin. In live performances it's more obviously a vocal melody, and at least as of 2013 performances, she's still hitting those high notes.
• The incredibly uplifting "Roam", using simple guitar, vocal harmonies, and clapping to produce an ascending feeling.
