• In the short story Vanguards to the Rescue a quetzal Vanguard named Raskin kills an armoured krogan merc with a single move, said move being him shoving his upper left arm through the krogan's faceplate and eye and into his brain, after having immobilised the krogan by wrapping himself around him like an oversized, heavily armoured python.
