Several of the Quirk Spiders that Hisashi Midoriya has experimented on have similar colors and abilities as various spider-themed heroes from the Marvel Universe.

Iron Man mentions that he teamed up with All Might once and worked a case with him while All Might was studying in the United States. All Might even gave Tony the idea for one of his armors, since he was still using his silver Mark II back then.
Bakugou telling off his two stooges for mocking Izuku over his dead dad, and threatening them to leave him alone from now on.
The Hobgoblin makes an explosive appearance, attacking Izuku and Bakugou. The two of them don't make it easy for him though, quickly figuring out what he can do, and Izuku even managing to land a punch on him that sends him flying and busts his jaw. Then, All Might shows up just in time to give the two of them a hand and easily handles Hobgoblin while saying his flames are nothing to Endeavor's. At the end of the battle, Hobgoblin's powers go out of control and cause him to blow himself up, leaving nothing of him but a burned skeleton.
The Reveal that All Might has passed One For All on to Ochako.
Izuku successfully going web-swinging for the first time. It is just as awesome as every other Spider-Man doing it the first time.
The whole encounter with Shocker in Chapter 7:
Shocker attacks a mall, knowing that Eri is there and intending to kidnap her from Izuku and Bakugou.
Izuku attempts to ambush shocker by wall-crawling above him and then yanking him upwards and webbing him up in a cocoon of webs. Unfortunately, Shocker manages to free himself by unleashing a full body blast from his suit, tearing the webs apart.
It seems like Izuku and Bakugou are in trouble, since Shocker can tear through Izuku's webs, he can just collapse the exit if they try to run for it, and his suit is protecting him like armor. When it seems like their only hope is for a Pro Hero to arrive and help, All Might is the one to show up and save them!
All Might is quickly told everything Shocker can do by Izuku, he quickly dispatches of him with Pennsylvania Smash, sending him hurtling five stories up and crashing into the ceiling.
