• Kumar saves the life of a man with gunshot wounds. Keep in mind he hasn't even been through med school yet, although it was mentioned he had perfect MCAT scores. At first it seems like he's nothing but a lazy stoner using the surgery situation to score medical cannabis, but as soon as a large blood spurt erupts from the patient, Kumar instantly enters master surgeon mode, delivering equipment orders and executing the surgery with absolute calmness and precision (while Harold panics in the background), saving the man's life in record time.
• Harold and Kumar riding a stoned cheetah, while they themselves are stoned, through the woods of New Jersey.
• The Ironic Echo when Kumar taunts the Extreme Sports Punks with "Thank you, come again" and a middle finger - while driving away in their car.
• An accidental one when the cop finds Kumar's pot in the skaters' truck.
• Harold, after finally getting to White Castle, gives a "The Reason You Suck" Speech to the coworkers who tried to foist off their work onto him and cockblocks them by telling their dates that they both caught VD from a prostitute (he admits to Kumar he didn't actually know if they did have VD, but based on the looks on their faces...).
• The racist cops and the Extreme Sports Punks getting arrested.
• Kumar's "The Reason You Suck" Speech to the racist cop.
