• When Officer Lindsley is convicted of the lesser offence of criminally negligent homicide for shooting Andy Josiah in the back, Aaron and the family are devastated. However, once the judge hears Elaine Josiah's victim impact statement about her husband, she sentences Lindsley to the maximum of four years in prison.
