• The Metroid Queen's optional Shout-Out to Metroid: Other M in her final stage.
• The sequence where you acquire the Gravity Suit. Even without the Shout-Out to Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, such a unique means of upgrading the armor, seen nowhere else in known Metroid games, with the VERY slight exception of getting the Light Suit in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, was breathtaking.
