Before we begin, here's a brief recap of the Jerry/Mary romance. At the start of the fic, the two were dating, but not having sex until they were old enough. Evidently wanting to speed things along, the author had them get married and had Mary get pregnant with a boy, whom she named in her husband's honor. Jerry learned that Mary was pregnant, and sentenced her to death, but she inexplicably survived the execution. Some time later, however, she decided she could not keep the baby, and rather than having an abortion, decided to give him up for adoption.
Of course, the entire side plot about the child is irrelevant now. On the way back to the church after burning down the arena and killing everyone who refused to convert, Mary reveals that the baby was "dined." Evidently unfazed by this, Mary decides to have another, possibly a girl, but Jerry disagrees, wanting "strong Christian men," and Mary immediately agrees, typical of a female Prayer Warrior.
The Christians celebrate the evil departing from Moscow, and Jerry announces that he went into the crowd and killed John Lennon after Annabeth was killed (a rare case in which someone's death is actually acknowledged).
Percy decides to give a speech of his own, describing his past as a Satanist, his fight with Jerry, fighting Grover to avenge Chiron (it's a bit surprising they're acknowledging it, and odd, since that's back when Grover w as a satanist), and killing the evil gods of the Greeks.
Everyone cheers, but Percy goes back to the America of the present day with "his friend," presumably leading up to The Evil Gods Part II. Clarisse, Mary, Ebony, Tyson (who is not only a Prayer Warrior, but is also correctly identified as Percy's brother this time), and Luke stay behind in the past with Percy.
The author announces that The Evil Gods Part II is coming soon, and he claims it's one of the best stories on the site. He then announces that Threat of Satanic Commonism will continue, with the heroes fighting Josef Stalin, who is worse than John Lennon.
