The author goes off on an anti-government and pro business rant, all for the purpose of disproving that he's an "authoritarian."
The first person narrator, whom I assume is Grover (as the only character involved in the rescue mission who is never accounted for at any point in this chapter), talks about praying for victory with his fellow Prayer Warriors, both in the prison break and the war with the Communists.
"Jeremy" comes up with a plan to Ebony pose as a whore to distract the guards by wearing a sexy black dress. She 'looks like a slut," but Percy points out that it's OK because she has Jesus' permission, as well as that of her husband, Michael (forgetting that she should be married to Draco by now). Unfortunately, the plan essentially goes out the window, as Ebony elects to kick them in the crotch, rip out their testicles and slit their throats; considering how easily the Prayer Warriors win, she probably didn't even need the element of surprise.
A "satanic man" known as Benry arrives, and the narrator punches him in the stomach. Benry makes a weak attempt to retaliate, before being brutally killed by being stabbed in the head, having his eyes cut out and his throat slashed. The narrator then urinates on his corpse before freeing Percy and going back to the hotel room.
By now, you may have noticed a serious problem. The previous chapters, and the end of Battle With the Witches, established that Ebony and Michael were the prisoners, and they needed Percy and company's help. Now, the roles are reversed, and Ebony, the prisoner, is helping to break her rescuer out of prison.
