This is Scarlet Blue. She's fourteen, and lives in Pallet "Town". She spends her time doodling, exploring, and wondering how three buildings count as a "town". She's also quite fond of eating cheese before bed, which leads to some pretty... strange dreams. This story begins in one such dream, on the eve of Scarlets fifteenth birthday...
Mysterious Stranger: Hello! I'm Proffesor Oak,
Before Scarlet could tell Oak that she knew him, as they'd been neighbours for fifteen years, and that she knew perfectly well what a pokemon was, he tossed a pokeball at her, which bounced off her head and released a Nidoran.
Oak: Pokemon are mysterious beings that we know next to nothing about, which, now that I think about it, means I'm a terrible researcher! Now then, who are, and why are you in my house!?
Scarlet tried to explain that this was her dream, and that really, he should be the one explaining himself, when he threw another pokeball at her, which recalled the Nidoran.
Oak: So, your name is Scarlet, and your a girl! That's nice.
Suddenly, Oak whipped out his wallet, and showed Scarlet a picture.
Oak: This is my grandson! Isn't he handsome! You too should go out! His name is... erm... What was his name again?
And so, Scarlet Blues adventure starts! So, we'll need a rival name, and, if you wouldn't mind, starter suggestions and nicknames, so I don't have to end the next chapter like I did this one.
