On the new name: Bearing in mind my decision to update this liveblog on the weekends, I had the brilliant idea to rename the liveblog "Arrowstorm's Weekend Webcomics". It’s not really much better than “Arrowstorm and Webcomics”, but it does have added alliterative appeal. SO that's something. Now that that’s been explained, Head Trip, as promised. Enjoy.

Today I give you Head Trip [Trope Page], a gag-a-day webcomic focusing on the actions of the the fiery redhead Malory. It’s an enjoyable read and if it’s your kind of humour it can be pretty damn funny as well.

I usually don’t care for gag-a-days very much, but after the very first strip, which appealed to my particular brand of humour, it was this page which really made me keep reading. It grabbed my attention because in the past, I’ve had a very similar conversation with one of my friends: after I helped proofread his report, he asked me what was wrong with spelling ‘colour’ without the ‘u’. I told him to run (I’m Australian).

Other memorable strips (which I could find again) include emo Claire, the earworm from hell and this little gem. A special mention goes to Head Trip’s Twilight strips [1][2][3][4], which is, quite frankly, hilarious.

Gag-a-days are really hard to talk about so... Here, have more examples of this comic’s style of humour. This I can relate to, and this... is funny?

... Okay, I really am running out of ideas here. Maybe I should talk about gag-a-days in pairs from now on. Once you finish talking about whether or not it’s funny and show how it’s funny, there’s not really all that much to talk about.

So that was Head Trip everybody! Sorry for the mess that that entry was. I planned on writing something so much... better when I sat down for this but, well... gag-a-days really aren’t my style. I feel so lazy :(

But I digress. Head Trip is more or less hilarious and if that’s your style of humour, I really recommend that you go check it out, you’ll enjoy it.

Thanks for reading guys...

Yeah, half the humor of Head Trip comes from stream-of-consciousness interpretations of conversations. It's not surprising that strips like that one weirded you out.
