4** "Rasslor": Rasslor is a bombastic, intergalactic warrior who travels the galaxy seeking worthy challenges to his might. Summoning the greatest of Earth's fighters, Rasslor forces them to fight him lest he destroy their homeworld, and uses both his own strength and his clever fighting styles to defeat them one by one. When finally faced down by Monkey, Rasslor easily defeats the hero, but is so moved by Monkey's indomitable willpower that Rasslor declares him a worthy opponent and honorably spares Earth.

Suzee bonds with her put-upon female owners and gives them the idea to kill their abusers, even turning one of them into a criminal mastermind who can match wits and ruthlessness with any ordinary man. Desiring to eliminate her latest owner Marilee Morrow’s abusive mother, Suzee secretly pits both mother and daughter against each other in order to encourage Marilee to give into her anger and kill her. Willing to harm Marilee to ensure her readiness to fight back, Suzee ends the story triumphant after Marilee finally claims her mother’s life.

8** "Little Red Riding Hood": Scarlet is a' mysterious woman hungry for blood. Working as Little Red Riding Hood, Scarlet uses her charm to lure sadistic men into a false sense of security before killing them. When paired with Grey as his prey, Scarlet uses a Wounded Gazelle Gambit to lure him into the open and charm him into letting his guard down, before drugging and killing him.
9** "Hansel and Gretel": The Old Woman is the mysterious charming leader of the Orphanage. She manipulates the children of the orphanage into becoming independent through tests and her robotic helpers Mama and Papa. She is even fine with Mama being critically injured to help provide the children with a test to prove their willpower and allow them to survive on their own. Her giving the children a choice to forgot all they have learned and return to the the orphanage or choose to the world even if it's emotionally painful. Ultimately, though she inflicts emotional pain on them, she has the children's best intentions at heart.

Retiring from her criminal life after Rukhmini left for 30 years searching for the [[{{Macguffin}} Tianshang Weapons]], Diya managed to keep her thieving and conning skills sharp. When [[ArcVillain Jayesh]] begins buying properties from the people of Raipur in order to eventually own the city as a whole and demolish it, Diya [[ArrangedMarriage arranges a marriage]] between him and her daughter, Padma, so the latter [[BatmanGambit would sign ownership of their belongings over to her mother]] once the union is officiated. Utilizing the Dragon Knights, even Rukhmini, as [[UnwittingPawn pawns]] in her scheme when they arrive on Raipur. She plans out their near-successful [[TheHeist heist]] for Master Mastodon's amulet, warns Jayesh about it to gain his trust, then successfully keeps the group from ruining the wedding. Once her plan is completed, she returns the properties to the citizens while making Jayesh [[RichesToRags work in her restaurant]] to pay off his debts. In the series finale, having married Rukhmini, Diya leaves her honest life behind to join her wife in her new life as the Pirate Queen.
13* ''VideoGame/Cyberpunk2077PhantomLiberty'': [[TheFaceless Wade "Mr. Hands" Bleecker]] is TheFixer for [[TheCityNarrows Pacifica and Dogtown]]. Following V's arrival in Dogtown, Hands is quick to curry favour with the skilled mercenary by offering passage in and out of the enclave, and later provides highly sensitive information free of charge, in exchange for V taking on [[{{Sidequest}} his gigs]] that serve to entrench his status as a power player and undermine the authority of Kurt Hansen, the ArmsDealer warlord in control of Dogtown. While he may be [[AffablyEvil polite towards V]] and [[EvenEvilHasLovedOnes cares for his young daughter]], he's a [[ConsummateProfessional shrewd professional]] with an insatiable lust for power and wealth that ultimately pays off, with him [[TheManBehindTheMan running Dogtown from the shadows]] after Hansen's demise.
14* ''VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoIV'': [[TheConsigliere Phil Bell]] is a prominent member of the [[IncompetenceInc Pegorino Family]] and one of its most skilled members, rising up through the ranks despite not sharing the Italian heritage of his peers and being one of the few people [[TheReliableOne keeping the organization afloat]]. Bell initially has Niko carry out missions on behalf of the Pegorinos, even linking him up with a fixer to carry out assassinations, and personally assists him in stealing a shipment from [[BigBad Dimitri Rascalov]]. In the Deal Ending, Bell assists Niko in surviving a drug deal botched by Dimitri, escaping with him and netting a huge profit for his crime family. In both endings, Bell chooses to leave the criminal life behind, [[KnowWhenToFoldEm cutting his losses]] and [[PetTheDog wishing Niko well]]. Shrewd, competent, and [[AffablyEvil genial]], Bell is one of the few characters in the organization to not only avoid being arrested or killed, but also parts on good terms with the protagonist in a setting filled with backstabbing and betrayal.

17** The Shapeshifter is the most powerful of the Mythics, as well as the biological mother of Carmela "Carmie" Henley. Forced to abandon her daughter as an infant, due to the family being harmed by Hunters, and Carmela's father being killed, the Shapeshifter left Carmela to be adopted and raised by a mortal family, waiting until the right time to inform her daughter about her destiny to unite humans and Mythics. She made a deal with the Collector to have him capture and collect and bunch of Blendeds, as a means to protect them, claiming to have the latter's daughter, and would occasionally check up on him by impersonating random people to get in his store. When Carmie came of age, the Shapeshifter sends warrior fairy Tristan to find and bring Carmie to her. Then after Tristan betrays the Shapeshifter and harms Carmie, Shapeshifter sacrifices most of her life and power to bring her daughter back, ending her arc with Carmie and her adoptive family accepting her.

19* ''VideoGame/{{Warframe}}'': [[RichGenius Parvos Granum]] is the founder of the [[Characters/WarframeCorpus Corpus]]. Starting off as a farmer working in brutal conditions, Parvos heard a voice pushing him to seek out greater wealth. Guided by [[TheCommandments the Corpus Tenets]], Parvos would steal jewels from the Orokin, then intentionally let himself be caught to hide that he had swallowed a precious gemstone, which he'd use to help his fellow farmers start their own businesses through loans and financial counsel. Using his share of the wealth his countless clients earned, Parvos would found city of Corposium. Parvos then became a renowned scientist thanks to his work on Specter Particle theory, but would fall victim to an assassination attempt, which he'd survive at the cost of being stranded in the Granum Void. Centuries later, Nef Anyo, claiming to be Parvos' son, would break into the Granum Void in order to gain power over the Board of Directors, only for Parvos to [[EvenEvilHasStandards express disgust at the corruption that had consumed the Corpus in his absence]] and unleash a horde of Specters upon Nef's fleet. Although the Tenno would stop Parvos this time, he would not give up on his ambition, continuously seizing opportunities to increase his influence over the Origin System. Parvos Granum's intelligence, [[AffablyEvil politeness]], and principles make his stand out as one of ''Warframe'''s most charismatic antagonists, coming across as [[ALighterShadeOfBlack much less despicable than the rest of the Corpus]] despite his constant, ruthless hunt for wealth and power.

22** "[[Recap/TransformersG1EnterTheNightbird Enter the Nightbird]]": [[CyberNinja Nightbird]] is a robotic ninja created by Dr. Fujiyama to showcase the advances humanity has made in the field of robotics. When Nightbird is captured by the Decepticons, she is reprogrammed and ordered to steal a chip containing information on the world's energy sources from the Ark. Nightbird uses her ninja skills to bypass the Ark's defences and steals the world energy chip while making a quick escape. The Autobots attempt to hunt her down, but Nightbird is able [[OneManArmy to disable and evade them despite being severely outnumbered]]. Among her tricks include [[PlayingPossum pretending to be deactivated]], stealing Optimus Prime's rifle, and using a missile launched at her to jam up Cliffjumper's glass gas. [[VillainCred Megatron himself is impressed by Nightbird's talents]] and declares her one of the best soldiers he's ever had.
23** "[[Recap/TransformersG1MadmansParadise Madman's Paradise]]": [[SorcerousOverlord Mara-Al-Utha]] is a Quintesson who was banished to the realm of Menonia for studying the forbidden art of sorcery. After taking on the identity of the Red Wizard, he studied under the Golden One to hone his magical skills before [[DeceptiveDisciple sealing his mentor away in a cave]]. Mara-Al-Utha took over Menonia in the Golden One's absence and forced the entire kingdom into slavery under his reign. When Grimlock and Daniel are accidentally transported to Menonia, Mara-Al-Utha pretends to be a benevolent ruler and [[UnwittingPawn tricks Grimlock into helping him crush the rebellion that was formed against him]]. When Daniel and the Autobots free the Golden One, Mara-Al-Utha uses his powers to weaken the Golden One and nearly succeeds in maintaining his tentacled grip over Menonia.
24** "[[Recap/TransformersG1MoneyIsEverything Money Is Everything]]": [[LoveableRogue Dirk Manus]] is an intergalactic smuggler who will to do any job [[OnlyInItForTheMoney so long as he gets paid]]. When he makes a deal with the Quintessons to sell them a Recreator, Dirk finds himself attacked by Hun-Gurr and is forced to making a landing on Earth. He offers to sell out the Quintessons's location for a fee, while secretly planning on luring the Technobots to Titan and handing them over as prisoners. [[DatingCatwoman Dirk seduces Marissa Fairborne]] and proceeds with his plan, while secretly rigging the Recreator to blow up if the Quintessons attempt to double-cross him again. When this plan backfires, Dirk takes Marissa hostage and [[FakeDefector pretends to use the Recreator to destroy the Technobots so he can heal their injuries and drive the Quintessons away]]. Dirk later attempts to escape with the credits seized by the EDC as he says his goodbyes to Marissa. When he learns she replaced it with mimic dust, [[GracefulLoser Dirk laughs it off and is genuinely impressed by her double-cross]].

26* ''[[VisualNovel/PhoenixWrightAceAttorneyDualDestinies Dual Destinies]]'': [[MadScientist Aura Blackquill]] is the [[AloofBigSister older sister of Simon Blackquill]], who deals with Robotics at the Cosmos Space Center. Having lost her friend Metis Cykes to the phantom, and her brother to the false conviction of her murder, Aura loses faith in the courts and decides to take justice into her own hands by manipulating Apollo Justice and Chief Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth into having a retrial with the person she thought was responsible, Athena Cykes as the defendant. To do this, she incites a robot rebellion, having programmed several of her and Metis' robots into kidnapping several hostages, including Trucy Wright. Despite being proven wrong by Phoenix that Athena is the killer of Metis and Clay, her testimony about seeing the killer in the current case holding the lighter-gun in the opposite hand from where Athena's prints are, allows the protagonists to arrest the phantom. After Simon is proven innocent for Metis' murder, Aura [[GracefulLoser gracefully]] turns herself in and releases the hostages, getting everything she wanted.
