Shortly before the events of ''Ultra Galaxy'', Reiblood sealed [[AndIMustScream Ultraman in a mountain on Boris]] and [[ReforgedIntoAMinion Ultraseven in the Darkness Armor on Hammer]]. Reiblood compelled all those who inherited his power across the universe to fight to the death to become his successor, even if they were siblings, leading to most of their deaths. This successor would be destined to rage chaos and death across the universe, bringing worlds to near-collapse.
