Now an Index disallowing examples.

* AcceptableTargets: Fat people. The Beelzenian princes and princesses are all overweight, and people keep criticizing them for it (though never out loud). Venomania, Karchess and Yufina constantly repeat how "ugly" Martius is or how spoiled/decadent their fatness makes them look. The only "beautiful" of the Beelzenian sisters is also the only slender one, Maylis - and even she openly calls her remaining sisters and brothers the "pig siblings".

* ItWasHisSled: As with most of the reveals in Evillious, [[spoiler: Venomania really being Cherubim and not Sateriasis]] is common knowledge even among people who haven't seen the book. It helps that the reveal is ''extremely'' obvious.

* {{Narm}}: Venomania watching the members of his harem leave him is strangely tragic, especially coming right after the reveal that [[spoiler: he was neglected and abused his whole life]]. And then the narrative mentions Neruneru leaving (who is, for the record, ''named after a Japanese candy'') and it becomes hilarious.

First of all, Venomania is a colonial power, and thus actually European in ethnicity. Second of all, this trope requires citations to verify it was taken that way by significant number of the audience and not just one person interpreting it that way (and having seen the audience in question, it wasn't)

* LesYay: The manga makes Lukana Octo a walking magnet of these. She was good friends with Lilien Turner (a baker), and bought her a beautiful bracelet to match hers. In fact, looking for Lukana is Lilien's motivation to follow the duke at first. There's also a scene where Lukana is hugging and talking to Mikulia about the duke/their situation. Mikulia's only answer is that she loves Venomania... and she also loves Lukana.
* UnfortunateImplications: Asmodean is based on the Arabian peninsula, making Sateriasis ethnic middle eastern. Middle eastern men have often been stereotyped as demon worshippers and monstrous rapists targeting white women and Venomania making a contract with a literal demon in order to rape women who are mostly from countries based on European ones does not help. mothy might have [[AuthorsSavingThrow realized that and added in Rajih Assad]], a dark skinned asmodean man with a heart of gold who falls in love with a woman of seemingly Lucifenian(French) descent and never expects her to love him back, yet still risks his life for her sake.

Moral Event Horizon is when a canditate is beyond redemption not when they do something bad. Vermonia us shown in the end to want to least make it up to her and had an Alas Poor Villain

* MoralEventHorizon: The duke's is the "Venomania Event", as it was later called in-universe, where he kidnapped and raped many women on a grand scale, murdered several people to keep it secret, and let some of the kidnapped women die from the stress of what he was doing to them.

* TheyJustDidntCare: The illustrator of "The Lunacy of Duke Venomania" manga can be seen to have copy and pasted their art on different panels with minor edits—a particularly egregious example is Ilotte Venomania having the same lower half as Sateriasis holding the Marlon spoon.
** In the manga script, the notes call for Rajih after fighting the Duke to have serious injuries, the cause of his passing out--in the manga proper, the artist took no effort to draw in any injuries at all, making it look like Rajih [[{{Narm}} fainted for no reason]].

* DracoInLeatherPants: Venomania had a bit of a MisaimedFandom even before this book was released from the song of the same name, but the backstory revealed in it, [[spoiler: namely that he was horrifically abused and neglected for being deformed and gained the power to enchant women largely to get Gumina to love him again (at first)]], made it less a matter of finding him sexy despite his evil and more about whitewashing his subsequent crimes.
