5.7, but still... I delete the video, for it no longer exists and such video links are best avoided.

Since supposedly episodes do not qualify for this, I remove it, but well-received the premise was not. The IMDB score is of 5.4 and there were not few reviews there requesting to kill Iris or put her on a bus.

* ToughActToFollow: Not only did this episode have the baggage of an AudienceAlienatingPremise because of fans who don't like [[BaseBreakingCharacter Iris]], but it also had to follow the acclaimed [[Recap/TheFlash2014S4E15EnterFlashtime "Enter Flashtime"]] (which some consider to be among the best episodes of the series). Furthermore, to some, Barry's "Run, Iris, Run" pales in comparison to Thawne's "Run, Barry, Run" from the pilot.

It was because of Savitar trying to kill her and having to be the glue that kept the team together after Barry left. Besides who else as suppose to be on comms when Joe and the team metas were out in the field?

OK, seriously, you clearly don't like Iris and want a place to complain about her, but the comment about how YOU think Iris barely averts being a Satellite Love Interest really had nothing to do with the example that the episode was a tough act to follow because of "Enter Flashtime" was completely unnecessary. You want to do that, take it to the YMMV discussion page.

* CharacterRerailment: The show acknowledges that Iris' role has shifted over the past year or so from having her own drives and subplots to being simply Barry's MissionControl (and for at least half of Season 3, his DamselInDistress), and tries to rectify it by having Iris recognize the problem and restart her journalism career.
