* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments: The simple idea is already this: Imagine, Max had new chances to talk to her mother, laugh with her, [[ItMakesSenseinContext dance with her]].
** The relationship between Max and her mother Amanda. Amanda doesn't want her daughter to worry because she's having problems landing roles. Max knows that her mother is struggling finding work because of her scream queen past but she continues to support her. She even calls her a superstar. Awwwwwww.

* HilariousInHindsight: The sexual tension between Kurt and Paula in the film is this now that Adam Devine and Chloe Bridges are dating.

* AlternateCharacterInterpretation: Amanda blames Camp Bloodbath for being an OldShame that impacts her current career. However, given the fact all of her movie roles, were as Scream Queen characters--it's very likely she wouldn't have ANY career if not for the momentum she had as a horror actress. Amanda could have probably made a much better living capitalizing on her career as a horror icon since casting directors DO recognize her.
