** The episode where the one transexual character is portrayed as manipulative and [[DidNotDoTheResearch 'just a man pretending to be a woman']] was shown exactly ''one day'' after America's unofficial day of mourning for transsexuals [[DespairEventHorizon killed in hate crimes.]]
** Even if you tried to argue that this was accidental a grand total of ''none'' of the writers for that episode have [[JerkAss apologised for this one.]]
*** YourMileageMayVary, of course. Somebody thinks that apologizing for that would have been idiotic at best: so a character in a Seth MacFarlane cartoon is a Jerk Ass, whoa, that surely is an attack to a whole category.

* AlternativeCharacterInterpretation: Kendra sits on her Rascal most of the time, but there are few times when she's used her legs when there's food around. Is she just lazy or does the desire for food temporarily make her mobile?

* CrowningMomentOfAwesome: Cleveland's totally improv rap after Federline Jones requests it. Because he is, in fact, straight outta Stoolbend, he's a crazy muthafucka named Cleveland.

* {{Hatedom}}: Given how polarizing a series ''Family Guy'' is on it's own, it's no surprise that a spinoff of it would raise more then a few eyebrows. That coupled with the fact that a previously inconsequential character is the lead and the fact that Fox canceled ''KingOfTheHill'' to air this show has amounted to [[{{Understatement}} a lot]] of hate towards this show.

* MoralEventHorizon: After Rallo almost drowns and blackmails Cleveland for it, Cleveland ''dunks Rallo's head in the pool'' '''''[[AbusiveParents twice]]''''' just so Rallo would stop bossing him around. Cleveland's {{Character Derailment}} from {{Only Sane Man}} to {{Jerk Ass}} has been running rampant since the beginning of the series, but this is definitely where it's worst. And the worst part is that this was probably intended as a {{Crowning Moment of Awesome}}.

* CharacterDerailment: Whatever the hell happened to Junior inbetween Family Guy and this show must have been powerful enough to cure his ADHD, make him gain an insane amount of weight, and impair his vision, as well as turning him more feminine.
** In a deleted scene on one of the Family Guy episodes, he states he gained weight when his mother put him on Ritalin. Shame it was cut (only shown on the DVD in storyboard), it would have been a great bridge to the new show, as well as closing up that plothole.
** As well as Cleveland himself. In FamilyGuy, he was much calmer, and probably the nicest guy in their group of friends. His docile nature was even an important point in one episode. Now, he's just as much of an idiotic Jerkass as Peter Griffin.
*** Okay , that seems ...unlikely.

** And the ep "Cleveland Live!" could've been more funny, as the example on the page says.

* WallBanger: After Jr. dedicates his virginity to Cleveland at church, Tim is right there with the rest of the guys, teasing Cleveland about it. When Cleveland points out that Tim told him to go to church in the first place, Tim claims that AManIsNotAVirgin, and only [[DoubleStandard women need to stay pure until marriage]]. This is, unfortunately, a view of many people in RealLife, including the religious community, but given that Tim is portrayed as a ''devout Christian'', it seems at odds with his usual characterization.
** That Cleveland's wife is convinced that he is not in love with her and still hung up over his first marriage solely because he cried at his ex-wife's funeral and was upset that she died.
*** Considering that he jumped into the grave after Loretta's casket, I'd say this was mostly a justified reaction.
