** Sometimes you can spot some "mistakes" during the re-creation. Such as people wearing shorts when the incident happened in winter.
** In "Jolly Rancher Heimlich", you can see the kid who chokes putting a green jolly rancher in his mouth. When it's expelled from his mouth, it mysteriously changes to grape.

** A mother is in the shower, and her three-year-old son innocently unlocks the front door upon hearing a knock--thus letting in a rapist.

Funny enough, yes, but the real kicker was that [[SantaClaus it happened around Christmastime.]] Even better than ''that''? The rescue personnel all thought it was a hoot, and the victimized couple even took pictures of the trapped burglar for their Christmas cards.
** Kid who got stuck in a laundry chute: "I did not want to die younger than [[ElvisPresley Elvis]]."
