* BrokenBase: While a main console Pokémon title has been something fans have been asking for for years, now that Generation VIII will be a Switch-exclusive, there has been some trepidation. One of the largest worries is since Pokémon is now officially jumping ship from the 2DS/3DS, that there will be no interaction between the older games through [=PokéBank=], which means out of the 700+ roster a huge chunk of favorites will be neglected.
