** The baby heads return, but ''there is an entire dimension full of them''.
** The Goozim monster was a bit frightening. And it's implied that it wasn't the first time Dr. Doofenshmirtz-2 tried executing someone with it.
*** Speaking of the monster, remember what shape it turned into after it jumped into the portal after Phineas and co.? Most of its body was ''shaved off'', including its ''limbs''.
** A few of the dimensions during the "Brand New Reality" sequence, even if they only flash by for a second, are rather unsettling.
*** Especially the last one, which dips into UncannyValley. *''shudder''*
** [[BigBad Doof-2]]. He rules parallel Danville with an iron fist as a dictator, with an army of MechaMooks (thankfully some relief given that they are based off of Norm) [[TheDragon led by a familiar platypus]] that you now see has turned evil against his own will. He forces everyone to conform, as well.
** The robot dog Phineas rides during the Robot Riot scene, named Rover in another episode, may look a quite a bit disturbing from certain angles.

* GettingCrapPastTheRadar: In ''Robot Riot'' there is the very blatant line "cause your sister is a fridge and you know her light is always on!". They just called that metaphorical sister easy on ''a Disney cartoon''.

* GeniusBonus: Or, perhaps, Liberal Arts Major Bonus - Norm's "Get me! I'm a Georgia O'Keefe painting!"

* MoralEventHorizon: Parallel Doofenshmirtz crosses this when he [[spoiler:tries to kill Perry, Phineas, Ferb, Candace ''and'' normal Doofenshmirtz via the Goozim monster.]]
** The ''very'' fact he was willing to out Perry by having Platyborg ''attack Phineas and Ferb''. If it wasn't for the fact that he was just as funny as the Doof we know [[spoiler:and having a change of heart in the end]], he'd be considered a CompleteMonster.
*** He crossed this just from everything he did to his own dimension. [[spoiler:He even acknowledges this in the end, feeling embarrassed about his "crimes against humanity."]]

** [[BigBad Doof-2]]. * DoubleEntendre: The gesture Candace makes when she says that she's a grownup now.

* TheProblemWthLicensedGames: Quite successfully averted. The video game adaptation of this film is not only very enjoyable to play, but also has all the original voice actors, humor that could have come straight out of the show itself, and a [[AwesomeMusic seriously cool song to go with it]].

** The [[spoiler:giant Doofenshmirtz robot]] at the end could have had an awesome battle accompanying it... [[spoiler:but it just kinda comes up, tries to crush Phineas, Ferb and Perry, then is stopped by regular Doofenshmirtz.]]
** It would have been awesome if their have all the characters to met thier 2D's self's and not just in seconds of the end.
** [[spoiler:Phineas/Isabella shippers were probably pleased to see Isabella kiss Phineas before the {{Laser Guided Amnesia}} struck, but what about their second dimension counterparts? Wouldn't it have been nice to see something similar with them?]]
*** [[spoiler:The online game based on the movie implies that Isabella-2 likes Ferb instead of Phineas, but this is never elaborated upon in the actual film.]]
** [[spoiler:So a big deal was made out of everyone knowing Perry was a secret agent - but what about Pinky?! Even more glaring considering Pinky was at the final battle with the others.]]
*** [[spoiler:When Phineas and Ferb found out about Perry, it came from Doof-2, who had convinced them that Perry only saw them as a cover and never actually cared about them, which was the main problem Phineas had with it. If Isabella saw Pinky as an agent near the end of the movie, it was after already seeing Phineas with Agent P; she probably figured that if Phineas is cool with his pet being a secret agent, why should she be any different with her own?]]
** Who else thinks it would have been awesome to see the original Norm interacting with the Norm-bots?

* CompleteMonster: Doofenshmirtz-2 ''just'' manages to avoid being one of these simply because of his utter zaniness, which crosses out the criteria that the other characters have to take him seriously at all times.

* FridgeHorror: [[spoiler:[[HereWeGoAgain Hey, anyone else remember that kid whose toy robot blew up after Doof-2 pushed the self destruct button near the end of the movie?]]]]
** When Phineas and Ferb meet their alternate selves, Phineas-2 freaks out and thinks he's being replaced for not conforming enough. How often does this happen in that dimension?
** Why no alternate Vanessa? Well, maybe alternate Doof was too much of a psycho to ever have a family. Or maybe he did have one ''and did away with them'' because that Doof would be too much of an evil bastard to take lip even from a wife or daughter.
*** Wrong. She and alternate Charlene are around, as shown by a deleted scene. Their interactions with Doof-2 even seem to go just like they do with Doof-1 and his Vanessa and Charlene.
*** However, they don't seem to care that Doof-2 is an evil dictator. At all.
** Speaking of Doof-2, the fact that he decided to become evil because [[DisproportionateRetribution he lost his choo-choo]] makes you wonder: [[AxCrazy what the hell kind of mindset would allow that?]] Or worse, [[EnfanteTerrible what if the train]] [[TheSociopath was just]] [[LackOfEmpathy the excuse]] [[StrawHypocrite he]] ''[[CompleteMonster needed.]]''
** The Platyborg doesn't seem so bad--until Doof-2 suggests that he might make ''[[BodyHorror Phineas]]'' into a robot as well...
*** Speaking of the platyborg, [[spoiler:he "gets the evil shocked out of him" at the end, when he's electrocuted. And he seems pretty dang happy to be mentally his old self again]]. [[AndIMustScream You don't think...]]

* TearJerker: Well, [[ItWasHisSled Phineas and Ferb find about Perry's secret identity.]] All fun and games except you know what that almost ended up meaning.
** This movie manages to make [[spoiler:''StatusQuoIsGod'']] a tear jerker.
** "I love you, Pal."
** The fact that it does not end with mourning for those events, but Perry happily holds on to the memory of the best day ever.
** Phineas and Ferb meet their counterparts, and the alternate Phineas sees Perry and immediately hugs him, thinking he's ''their'' Perry, finally come home. When Phineas tells him that it's the wrong Perry...
-->'''Phineas-2:''' Wait...can I hold him a little longer?
*** Even ''[[TheStoic Ferb]]'' got teary-eyed at that part.
*** Made all the more poignant when you remember how heartbroken our Phineas and Ferb were when Perry vanished for ''one day''. The alternate Phineas and Ferb have been without him for ''months'', at least.
** "I Walk Away". That is all.
** "I thought you couldn't spell 'platypus' without 'us'." Though, after a pause, Ferb makes a reply that makes this more of a funny moment.
** The final scene mostly [[Heartwarming/PhineasAndFerbTheMovieAcrossThe2ndDimension heartwarming]], but [[spoiler:the last [[http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110809162959/phineasandferb/images/2/22/PnF_AT2D_14.jpg photograph]], with Phineas and Perry sadly hugging...]] *sniff*
** The scene where [[spoiler:all of Phineas and Ferb's friends and inventions arrive one by one in all their glory, fully ready for battle. It's not a scene where you'll shed tears of sadness, but some may shed tears of joy at the return of all the past inventions and the realization that something really, really awesome is about to happen ([[CrowningMomentOfAwesome which it does]]).]]
** Stacy begging the "Mysterious Force" to get her best friend back. she sounded like she was close to crying.this troper can assume that after Candace came back (and she begged for a car)Stacy gave her a tight hug in a missed moment of heartwarming.
