* LowTierLetdown: Due to a glitch that causes the ATB to fill during the item and throw menu, neither option is seen as very useful compared to other battle options.

* ThatOneBoss: The boss of Indigo Cavern can heal itself, revive its minions, and has powerful AOE spells. Due to the player only having Kyo and Jarret at that point of the game, outdamaging the boss's healing and outhealing the boss's damage is a huge challenge. In comparison, all other bosses don't have healing abilities and only have non-respawnable minions at most.

* GoodBadBugs: Although NewGamePlus resets all AP allocation, if the player went into the next run with their offensive spell and support spells maxed out, these spells will carry over even without allocating AP to them again. This also applies to Athena's Lore spells that she learns from enemies.

Added DiffLines:

* DifficultySpike: After the party splits up at the inn in the Residence District of Oragibe, they will not reunite for the rest of the game and the gameplay becomes much harder. It gets worse after the Precipice of Anthorell, where Athena is permanently killed and the party has to clear one last dungeon without a dedicated healer.
* GameBreaker: The defensive aura when combined with Lance's regen skill can make the party very hard to kill, even in segments of the game where the main healer Athena is absent.

* ScrappyMechanic:
** The item limit mechanic by itself isn't too bad, but there is no way to discard items outside of battle, which means it's very hard to avoid inventory clutter.
** The desert dungeon is designed so that all transports are random, but going in a certain direction will make it more likely for the player to get to a certain destination. Unfortunately, this can make revisiting certain maps very lucked-based.
