* ItsShortSoItSucks: The main comic only lasts six issues. Barely longer than its prequel ''Infinity Countdown'' and far less than its own tie-ins.

* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot:
** The plot shifts gears from plot-thread to plot-thread, never really allowing any of them any breathing room, never mind not following up on or just plain dumping most of the ones from the event it's supposed to directly follow on from. Plot points such as [[spoiler:Gamora's FaceHeelTurn]] and the origins behind the Devondra were barely if not never touched upon.
** The primary criticism of the event that it means jack squat in the grand scheme of things in the entire Marvel universe. Everything is returned to the status quo as per usual, with the event itself being brushed under the rug. The only real lasting consequences seemed to affect the Guardians of the Galaxy and ''exclusively'' the Guardians of the Galaxy.
** No one considered bringing back Cerebro's X-Men, combinations of different X-Men, as part of the Warps' world.

* UnexpectedCharacter: The event's B-plot is headed by ComicBook/{{Sleepwalker}}. Fittingly, it serves as an immediate sequel to ComicBook/InfinityCountdown's Darkhawk mini series in which this trope was also in effect.

* IKnewIt: Some readers guessed the connection between the bad-tempered, sword-wielding villain Requiem and the increasingly bad-tempered, sword-wielding [[spoiler:Gamora.]]

* SugarWiki/FunnyMoments:
** Black Widow bludgeoning Bullseye over the head, followed by Captain Marvel crushing him.
** As Gamora transports the assembled heroes to the forge of all creation, preparing to [[spoiler:merge combine everyone in the universe with someone else]], Moon Knight starts whispering to Spider-Man that he spaced out earlier and tries to ask him to help him get back up to speed.
