Cleaning up misuse

* MagnificentBitch: [[AntiHero Mallory Kane]] is a Marine-turned-mercenary who has hired herself out to PrivateMilitaryContractors for years, and become renowned for her skills so much that even the UsefulNotes/{{CIA}} values her enough to pay extra to get her presence on select missions. Upon being betrayed and framed by her former boss and lover [[SmugSnake Kenneth]], Mallory cleverly exposes her attempted assassin and kills him, using his cell phone to trick Kenneth into revealing his hand in the treachery. Evading Kenneth's goons and law enforcement alike with skill and swagger, Mallory takes a hostage from a diner simply to reveal the details of Kenneth's crimes to him and use him as a messenger to get her allied with the CIA. Mallory uses Agent Alex Coblenz to lure Kenneth into a trap, where she slaughters the man's security team and sends him on the run, after which Mallory tracks Kenneth down, learns the locations of his allies, then leaves Kenneth to die, intent on taking down the rest of those who betrayed her even after clearing her name.
* MisaimedMarketing: The film could fare much better if the marketing was in tune with the actual content of it - a spy thriller for older audiences, instead of action-packed low-budget action flick for young adults. Especially as it was rated R, thus already losing most of the audience it was trying to gather with the marketing campaign.

Horrible example and even admits it is reaching to make that point

* UnfortunateImplications: Kenneth aside all the important bad guys are non-American. [[spoiler: The American Aaron even turns out to not be evil at all - he was simply lied to. Mallory also beats up Irish cops but not American ones, but that's because she had reason to believe they would shoot to kill instead of attempting to arrest her.]]
** Okay...but Kenneth was the MAIN BAD GUY. You can't just set him aside!
