* MoralEventHorizon: Eonia in the first game crosses it when he sends the Black Moon to attack Fargo's residential district and devastate Planet Rhome, just to prove a point. From that point on the heroes realize there's no way to negotiate peace with him.
* NightmareFuel: Malibu turning into a doll and collapsing in the Hell episode is really damned creepy-looking, especially the slack jaw and wholly unnecessary row of peglike teeth. And the camera ''lingers'' on him.
* NoYay: Due to Ranpha's [[ZanyScheme Re-enact Romantic Moments]] plan to help Chitose with her [[AmnesiacLover condition]], she essentially strong-arms Forte to act out the male part. There's an event CG just for this, showing just before Forte and Ranpha kisses. Tact stops them just before the act, and while Ranpha (romantic as she is) protests Tact's interruption, Forte is visibly {{Squick}}ed by what she had to do.

* NoYay: Due to Ranpha's [[ZanyScheme Re-enact Romantic Moments]] plan to help Chitose and her [[AmnesiacLover condition]], she essentially strong-arms Forte to act out the male part. ** Also in the games: there are escalating "harp pluck" sounds when you raise a particular Angel's affection. The "full scale" version when you get a ''big'' affection boost will make you fist-pump every time.

* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments: So, SO many; although the one that takes the cake happens in the first game [[spoiler:if you take the time to learn about Shiva during the DatingSim segments. We learn that Shiva is a girl born of a one-night-stand between the former emperor and Shatyarn. The ensuing scene where mother and child are able to address each other as such for the first time and share a tearful embrace can bring [[TearJerker tears]] to many eyes.

* ViewerGenderConfusion (Riserva Chianti, Mint's Hell Hound Counterpart.)
** It doesn't help that sources give conflicting ideas. The game seems to consider Riserva a female, while the manga treats Riserva as male.
* WhatCouldHaveBeen:
** When asked to make a sixth angel, the creator submitted a {{Tomboy}} with short hair and glasses. Due to ExecutiveMeddling, YamatoNadeshiko Chitose was used instead.
** The Rune Angel Wing ended up getting the tomboy in the form of Anise Azeat, a HotBlooded exotic-looking DarkSkinnedRedhead who was orphaned as an infant and had been living alone for a few years before she joined.

* AlternateCharacterInterpretation: It is hinted several times in the manga that the true reason behind Eonia's actions was his [[AllLoveIsUnrequited unrequited love]] for [[spoiler: the Moon Goddess Shatoyarn]].
** [[CharacterTags Game!Camus]] is [[IneffectualSympatheticVillain hard to take seriously]]. Manga!Camus is a ''[[StalkerWithACrush creeper]]''.)
** To elaborate, here's a small comparison between their introductory lines. From the game:

Milfeulle sounds like a cute girl you might meet next door, Ranpha manages to pull of the impossible combination of "adorable" and "sexy," Mint's calm and graceful voice is soothing to hear, Forte sounds wise even when she's ''not'' being serious, Vanilla's soft and whispery voice earned her a lot of fans, and Chitose sounds as pleasant as you can expect from a Yamato Nadeshiko. This troper got introduced to the Galaxy Angel trilogy with Eternal Lovers first, before any translations happened. He didn't understand a word of what they were saying, but completed all the Angels' routes just to listen to those heart-melting, wonderful voices.

* StopHelpingMe: After associating with Millefeuille leads to her getting run over by a train, flushed out of an airlock, and being fried during an alien invasion, Chitose becomes terrified of Millefeuille's particular brand of "friendship".

* HoYay: After being shown a very traumatic dream sequence where [[TotalPartyKill everyone dies]], Tact is visibly overjoyed when his best mate Lester is alive and breathing. He shows this by hugging him so tight, [[YaoiFangirl Coco]] practically fangasmed and Almo going full on HeroicBSOD. Naturally, this is all played for laughs.
