* AcceptableTargets: The township of Kanangra, after they refuse to let the Fist Team film there. Also mimes, people who are weak.

* {{Squick}}: Rod's sexual lust. It even led to him writing a pop song about stalking a teenage girl. Apparently it was a success.

* VisualEffectsOfAwesome: Blue Womp is almost flawlessly integrated alongside Orange Womp, both as a visual effect, and in their interactions together. At times you'll suspect actor Tony Walters actually had a twin brother. This is likely why the effect was only used in three episodes.

* {{Narm}}: These guys are not professional actors.

** JerkassWoobie Steve becomes a rather pitiful mess after Fist Furniture fails, and spirals through depression all the way to [[spoiler: world conquest.]]

* NightmareFuel: In Fear Factory, Steve has released a series of flying sharks into the titular factory. Rod briefly abandons his partner, the only person who recognises how insane everything is, to impress her by defeating some evil force within another room. When he returns, he finds the sharks have eaten all her flesh, save for her head. I'm not sure if his casual reaction makes it worse or better.

*** Steve's motivation for saving the forest was not fueled by his quest for Fistworthiness, but instead a genuine want to save the forest.

** One might feel a bit disturbed realising how willing these guys are to avert InfantImmortality.

* DudeNotFunny: CrazyAwesome as the show may be, sometimes it's idea of humor can get uncomfortable, or flat out mean spirited. ''Fear Factory'' in particular seems to think that Rod being a pervert, and the team getting their perfectly innocent team mates brutally killed left and right while they cower in fear, is hilarious.
** Despite usually getting his comeuppance, Rod's rape attempts may leave a bad taste in your mouth.
** Womp apparently succeeds at doing so to two girls Rod rendered unconscious. In the Audio Commentary, the makers wonder if this makes Womp instantly unlikable.
** In-Universe, when Steve and Blue Womp fight, they start out with a circle of kids around them jeering them on. When it finally devolve into Steve just violently pummeling the defeated Blue Womp, they leave in disgust.

** Mephisto in Wonderland. Mephisto eats a cupcake cake and hallucinates. At first it's just a little off, with him walking along the road, which moves underneath him while he stays in place. Then he sees a woman in a bathroom mirror...

* HHilariousInHindsight: Mephisto surmises that the Terrorists from Episode Seven are in fact Super Villains, as their plan ultimately doesn't involve causing terror. In Series Two [[spoiler: he and the Fist Team become super villains themselves, with an even crazier plan than the ''terrorists.'']]

* AccidentalInnuendo: In a behind the scenes feature on the DVD, Doug Bayne (Mephisto) suddenly realises that the show sounds like the title of a gay porno.
* CrazyAwesome: Again, the entire main cast may qaulify, but Mephisto takes the cake. He snowboards using a dead snowboarder!

* CreatorsPet: Played with Blue Womp. He's annoying and has Steve praising his skills like any good one. Eventually, however, Steve realises just how annoying he is and beats him to a pulp, and later finally kills him with a large cannon.

** Mephisto in Wonderland moves is actually quite disturbing, funny as it is.

* SeasonalRot: Many people believe Series Two is this. As well as the fact that Steve becomes a Villain Protagonist in Series Two. Particulerly grating when you remember he made (but survived) a Heroic Sacrifice in Series One.

* TheWoobie: Steve becomes this several times in Series Two. Ironically, twice after he rids himself of all weakness.

* DudeNotFunny: Despite usually getting his comeuppance, Rod's rape attempts may leave a bad taste in your mouth...eww.

** Possibly the result of the girl failing to guess Steve's weight correctly in High School Challenge.

* FetishFuel: The episode Time-Saw, Rod is given a new outfit that can be easily be described as a condom suit.

* CompleteMonster: The team is definitely GoodIsNotNice, but [[spoiler:Steve seems to fit this best in the BadFuture episode. He punishes people for reading with the Death Penalty]]. Ouch.

* CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming: In the final episode, Tara has forgiven Rod for the horrible things he has done to her after he hotwires her, finally giving her free will. She comes to his aid later on, but gets killed due to his own stupidity, and reverts into a Vending Machine. Rod is heartbroken, and accidentally hits the Sidekick button. The little Tara requests a mission, so he tells her to go out and be free. This would have truly been heartwarming, had he not forgotten that they were in the middle of a battlefield. Idiot.

* CrowningMusicOfAwesome: Hero at Last.
