* CryForTheDevil: Even after all the atrocities committed by Dante, he is, at his core, a profoundly lonely person struggling to come to terms with his abandonment as a child. He’s lived his entire life in a box, valued only for his intellect, and the weapons it could produce. He wants nothing more than an actual connection with another person, but due to his dangerous and bizarre behavior, he is completely unable to achieve that. And after all of his bluster is spent, and the doors lock on the containment chamber, he spends the last moments on screen (and presumably alive) asking for his mom.

Original CM entry

* CompleteMonster: Jack Dante is a psychopathic scientist working for CHAANK Industries, and head developer of the Hardman Project. Just over the span of the film he has conducted painful human experiments, illegally ordered supplies without his own company knowing, caused numerous casualties by unleashing unfinished prototypes, including at least one former CEO and Chairman of the Board, and stained the company's name beyond repair. To make his list of crimes even longer, when the latest CEO, Hayden Cale, tries to put an end to his deadly shenanigans, he sexually harasses her, blackmails her using details about her personal life, and hunts her and everyone else in the building down with his machine before attempting to rape her, all while playing out his weird fantasies about taking the place of her dead child. The three eco-warriors don’t fare much better, and all but one end up picked off by Jack’s robot for picking the wrong night to try to infiltrate the company. This is apparently part of a long-standing pattern of violent behavior, as his personal file revealed that he committed his first murder at age 7.

* HilariousInHindsight: People really love to put Brad Dourif in long, stringy, black wigs, don’t they? Not only does Dante’s unkempt mop make him look like he came straight from Film/TheRoom2003, but also bears a noticeable resemblance to human Charles Lee Ray, Tucker Cleveland, and Grima Wormtongue.

* HilariousInHindsight: Brad Dourif's long, stringy, and unkempt hair gives him a rather unsettling resemblance to Creator/TommyWiseau, not to mention his other roles as human Charles Lee Ray, Tucker Cleveland, and Grima Wormtongue.
