She does hate Addi Arcuri, however, because Addi outed her as being related to an organised crime family, thus destroying Valentina's social life, and Valentina had no recourse that wouldn't confirm it and/or end with Addi dead. Addi had no reason to do that, nobody made her do it and she wasn't sorry at all, so Valentina genuinely hates her for it.
