As if that weren't bad enough, he plans to use the Green Star to power an energy cannon that will kill countless innocents, including women and children, in the Bohnenkraut Kingdom during Chuckola Fest so that he can establish a new empire. And to test out said weapon, he fires it at Karhar City, killing all the inhabitants, including the children.
