** The existence of [[spoiler:clones of Murasaki and Yukikaze that are fought]] in chapter 21 was foreshadowed by three things: [[spoiler:that Oboro is a clone of the Masked Taimanin, that Momochi's successor was heavily implied to have a mad scientist make him an army of Taimanin clones, and that an evil clone of Rin was created and fought by Rin at some point]]. The first is only known if one is familiar with the rest of the franchise, the second was revealed in a temporary event, and the third only if one got the relevant supporter's Intimacy scene.

* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments:
** Mizuki Shiranui and Yukikaze's fate in Action is the biggest moment of Heartwarming in both In-universe and Meta sense. In previous installments, it always had Shiranui being kidnapped and brainwashed by the Incubus Faction and made to fight her daughter. While Yukikaze, in turn spent most of her childhood years alone without her mother and father(who was gone for a long period of time till eventually was KIA during his quest to find Shiranui) and spent her teenage years looking for her. Here, however not only Shiranui is still on the Taimanin's side, she got to raise her daughter and Yukikaze had a much happier childhood and is no longer the StepfordSmiler like in her other appearances.
** Playable Asagi's Intimacy scene: In a moment of quiet, Asagi gets to lower her guard and show her softer side to Kotaro.
** Playable Rinko's Intimacy scene: Kotaro apologies to Rinko for accidentally leaving her behind in the classroom , as well as not telling her the truth about his secret outing with Yukikaze the other day. Rinko for her part forgives him, but asks him for a date to make up with her, which he accepts. The two leave for their date, HoldingHands.
** Playable Asuka's Intimacy scene: Kotaro goes out of his way to save a heavily injured Asuka from a collapsing building, eliciting a CrushBlush from the injured Taimanin who moments before was accepting her death .
** Supporter Holy Night Akiyama Rinko: At a Christmas Party held by the task force, Kotaro leaves for a secluded spot to clear his head only to find Rinko there doing the same, the congratulate each other on a job well done, then going for more casual chit chat. When Rinko gets hit by a cold gust, Kotaro offers her his coat for warmth, she declines but appreciates the gesture regardless. Enjoying each other's company and having the spot all to themselves, they then do a DanceOfRomance.
** Supporter Homare Nao's Intimacy scene: During a sniping mission, Nao gets shot in the leg and is bleeding heavily, causing distress to his teammates, Kotaro and Shikanosuke. Alone together, after Shikanosuke is sent to his position, Kotaro does his best to treat Nao's wound, not wanting his teammate to die. Nao, for his part, reassures Kotaro that no one is at fault and does a bit of banter to lighten the mood. Once the mission succeeds, Nao, tired and unable to walk due to his injuries, trusts a relieved Kotaro to carry him. All in all, it shows that despite their rocky interactions, there's a deep bond of mutual respect and care underneath it all.

** The boss fight with Yukikaze and Murasaki is a nightmare in Hard Mode for Chapter 21 that catches ill-prepared players off-guard.
