[[WhatTheHellHero After his boss harshly grills him]] for neglecting his duties, Brooklyn has a massive [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone guilty meltdown]] and is left a sobbing mess. However, he still has his other jobs to tend to.

When looking at these characters and their complete inability to make good or sensible decisions, it should really come as no surprise that so many of the situations they get themselves into turn out for the worse.

** '''Instead:''' He blindly assumes Junior stole it and refuses to hear his side, spending the whole episode accusing and distrusting him. His antics cause Junior and Penelope a whole lot of trouble, including getting all three kicked out of a movie theater, calling Officer Brooklyn T. Guy over the "heinous" crime ([[AmazinglyEmbarrasingParents to Penelope's embarrassment]]), and ''outright taking Junior to court'' when that fails.

* ''Jeffy's Stealing Problem!'': Marvin takes Jeffy to Target to get the ''Rummikub'' tabletop game, having previously thought Jeffy was mispronouncing "Rubik's Cube". Marvin tells Jeffy that if he gets him ''Rummikub'', he's not getting anything else. On their way out of Target, Jeffy sees a Squishmallow plush and wants to get it, but Marvin refuses to get it for him since he already chose ''Rummikub''. Jeffy stuffs the Squishmallow in his shirt and [[FiveFingerDiscount shoplifts it]]. Marvin and Rose soon find out and are not happy with him for stealing. However, Jeffy doesn't care and loves the Squishmallow so much that he decides to steal another one next time he goes to Target. He does this by spilling a nearly full box of Cheerios onto the floor so Marvin will get a new box.
** '''You'd Expect''': After Jeffy stole the Squishmallow, for Marvin to go to Target alone so that Jeffy won't be tempted to steal another Squishmallow.
** '''Instead:''' Marvin takes Jeffy to Target, where on their way to the cereal aisle, Jeffy stuffs another Squishmallow into his shirt so he can steal it.
** '''As a Result:''' When Marvin and Jeffy return home, Marvin notices another stolen Squishmallow under Jeffy's shirt. Marvin again scolds Jeffy for theft, but Jeffy doesn't care and decides to steal fifty more Squishmallows. However, he can only steal one of them at a time, so he goads Marvin into taking him to Target by wasting things like toothpaste and toilet paper, one item at a time.

Mario grabs the phone and smashes it...only to find out that Rosalina still has her phone and is threatening to continue playing the song until Jeffy gets a new phone.

** '''As a result:''' Tyrone, Junior, Joseph, and Cody want to buy some, but are unable to afford it. Later, Officer Brooklyn T. Guy comes across Black Yoshi's Kool-aid stand, and notices how high the price for the Kool-aid is. He asks Black Yoshi if he could see his business license, as people need those if they're selling things this expensive.

** '''Instead''': [[WhamShot Brooklyn sacrifices Harambe by shooting him with a gun]], leaving Jeffy the only one alive. In his defense, he believed that if he did use a tranquilizer in the first place, Harambe would've gotten into an outrage and would've killed Jeffy in the process.

** '''Even worse:''' When Brooklyn picks up Jeffy's brain, he slips it onto the brain bin, thus losing it.

* ''Jeffy's Wifi Problem!'': Jeffy calls Brooklyn T. Guy and gives him $20 in an attempt to get Mario's new Wi-Fi password. Brooklyn then comes upstairs and pretends to Mario that he's selling him a foosball table. When he says that he needs the password, Mario gives it to him.
** '''You'd Expect:''' Brooklyn to leave and tell Jeffy that he got the password.

* ''Officer Jeffy!'': Brooklyn T. Guy is called to Footlong Bangers where an armed robbery is taking place but having forgotten his gun, the robber shoots him. Fortunately, Jeffy (who Brooklyn was watching over while Mario has to attend a business meeting with Goodman) [[CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass manages to stop the robber]] and becomes a member of the police force. One night, Brooklyn trains him on how to pull over and deal with someone caught speeding and after his demonstration, another car speeds by and it gives Jeffy the opportunity to try what he had just learned.

** '''The Result''': For his part, Jeffy follows what he was taught and demands to see Tyrone and Judy's license and registration but they're both uncooperative. This leads to Jeffy tazing Tyrone which Judy records on her cellphone [[StatusQuoIsGod and him ultimately getting fired from the police force]].

* ''Bigfoot'': Brooklyn sees Chef Pee Pee in a Bigfoot costume and mistakes him for the real Bigfoot. Chef Pee Pee says thathe's just wearing a costume.

** '''Instead''': Brooklyn attacks the disguised Chef Pee Pee and captures him, eventually broadcasting "Bigfoot"'s capture to the world while continuing to ignore Pee Pee's claims that it's a costume. He does not even react to the fact that "Bigfoot" is telling him it's a costume, or even the fact that he's talking at all for that matter (he never acknowledges he fact that "Bigfoot"'s speaking to him or react to anything he says).
* ''The Thanksgiving Stain!'': Brooklyn arrives at the house after Marvin's shouting at Jeffy leads to a noise complaint from the neighbors. He then explains to Marvin that he was offered triple pay if he works on Thanksgiving and has a body cam set up on his outfit to make sure he doesn't eat on duty, before Rose calls Marvin from the kitchen for the dinner.

* "Brooklyn Guy's Credit Card!" has him shanghaied into buying a load of items for Jeffy's family after Jeffy [[ComicalOverreacting freaks out over a paper cut]]. Once he's done, Hansel the Hobo arrives and asks for change, but when Brooklyn reveals he's got nothing on him, he settles on asking for his crdit card.

** '''As A Result:''' Hansel goes on a shopping spree that leaves poor Brooklyn with a whopping debt. Worse, Mr. Goodman's credit card company- his only hope of cancelling the purchases- is on strike thank to Goodman's greed. It's only after Marvin reminds him of [[AnnoyingYoungerSibling Jonathan]]'s hacking skills does Brooklyn ''finally'' catch a break.

** '''As A Result''': Not only does the world end up finding out that the landing was faked (thanks to Jeffy showing up in the video disguised as an alien, no less), but Brooklyn's boss has his legs confiscated because it is illegal to use NASA money to buy legs, [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking and Cody is left depressed]].

** '''You'd Expect''': Jeffy to find what he saw as funny and hilarious, or at least good in the long run.

** '''As a result''': Mario is forced to tell the truth, only to end up [[HumiliationConga getting arrested and accused of rape, child abuse, and vehicular assault, becoming a felon and a registered sex offender, having his driver's license suspended, and getting humiliated in the media]]. On top of that, Jeffy is invited to a tabloid talk show, explaining to the host about how he allegedly got "raped".
