** You'd Expect: For Brooklyn to quickly stop Jeffy from saying the word Booger, as saying the word three times will cause his imaginary friend to appear.
** Instead: He just sits back and let's Jeffy say the words below, causing Booger to be summoned
--> Jeffy: Sorry your honor, I got a booger up my nose, it's a deep booger, come here booger, get out of my nose.
** As A Result: Booger arrivals in the courtroom, much to the annoyance of Brooklyn Guy.
** You'd Then Expect: For Brooklyn Guy to ignore Booger, as he is just a figment of his imagination, and talking to him is not worth losing this case and not getting the restraining order against his brother, especially since Booger is not doing anything other than nonsense like giving Judge Pooby a wet willy.
** Instead: Brooklyn keeps talking to Booger, even going as far as to threaten to kill him if he does not Irony shut up.
** As A Result: Jeffy is able to convince the judge that Brooklyn is insane, and therefore Judge Pooby denies the restraining order and instead sentences Brooklyn to a mental health facility, leaving Karen all alone for Johnathan to try to bang her.

* Cody Goes to Kindergarten! Part 5: After the misunderstanding from last episode, Principal Steinbeck puts Junior and Joseph in Cody's kindergarten class, and Mrs. Fitzpatrick gives each of them a final exam in order to pass kindergarten, which is to color inside the lines of drawing papers. In the end, Junior and Cody's drawings are colored inside the lines, while Joseph's has a small part that's colored outside the line.
** You'd Expect: Mrs. Fitzpatrick would pass Junior and Cody but fail Joseph.
** Instead: While she does fail Joseph, she also fails Junior and Cody because Junior colored a cow wrong (who he insists is a giraffe), and Cody barely colored in his page, even though she said to color inside the lines and not to color accurately.

* Cody Goes to Kindergarten! Part 4: When Jackie Chu finds out that Cody has only had four birthdays (due to being born on February 29, 2008), he sends him to Mrs. Fitzpatrick's kindergarten classroom. At first, Cody enjoys it, but eventually, he gets annoyed by Mikey, especially since Mikey bit his ear off. When Cody tells this to Judy, she goes to the next parent-teacher conference to talk to Mrs. Fitzpatrick about getting Cody out of kindergarten. Mrs. Fitzpatrick tells Judy that they can set Cody up with a final exam, and if he passes it, he can go back to Jackie Chu's classroom to be with his old friends. The exam is very simple, as it involves basic addition, and several questions on it are even repeated multiple times.
** You'd Expect: Mrs. Fitzpatrick to take Cody somewhere free of distractions so that he can easily pass his exam.
** Instead: She has Cody take his test at his desk, near where Mikey and Freddy's desks are.

Cody tries to get it back, but by the time he does, Mikey fills it out and turns it in on Mrs. Fitzpatrick's desk. Mrs. Fitzpatrick sees that every answer on the test is wrong, including Cody's name being spelled "Kode". Cody explains to her that he didn't write those answers, Mikey did.
** You'd Expect: Mrs. Fitzpatrick to believe Cody, since he was the only one she had given the test to.

** You'd Then Expect: Mrs. Fitzpatrick to allow Cody to take the test again, this time somewhere free of distractions.
** Instead: She refuses to do so, saying there's no way he can pass kindergarten.

* Jeffy's Stealing Problem!: Marvin takes Jeffy to Target to get the Rummikub tabletop game, having previously thought Jeffy was mispronouncing "Rubik's Cube". Marvin tells Jeffy that if he gets him Rummikub, he's not getting anything else. On their way out of Target, Jeffy sees a Squishmallow plush and wants to get it, but Marvin refuses to get it for him since he already chose Rummikub. Jeffy stuffs the Squishmallow in his shirt and shoplifts it. Marvin and Rose soon find out and are not happy with him for stealing. However, Jeffy doesn't care and loves the Squishmallow so much that he decides to steal another one next time he goes to Target. He does this by spilling a nearly full box of Cheerios onto the floor so Marvin will get a new box.
** You'd Expect: After Jeffy stole the Squishmallow, for Marvin to go to Target alone so that Jeffy won't be tempted to steal another Squishmallow.
** Instead: Marvin takes Jeffy to Target, where on their way to the cereal aisle, Jeffy stuffs another Squishmallow into his shirt so he can steal it.
** As a Result: When Marvin and Jeffy return home, Marvin notices another stolen Squishmallow under Jeffy's shirt. Marvin again scolds Jeffy for theft, but Jeffy doesn't care and decides to steal fifty more Squishmallows. However, he can only steal one of them at a time, so he goads Marvin into taking him to Target by wasting things like toothpaste and toilet paper, one item at a time.
** You'd Expect: Marvin to tell Jeffy that they already went to Target twice and are not going again until another day. In the meantime, as per Rose's suggestion, he makes a shopping list before he goes next time.
** Instead: Marvin keeps giving into Jeffy's demands and going to Target for one item at a time.
** As a Result: Jeffy ends up stealing $1,000.00 worth of Squishmallows, which gets the attention of Brooklyn T. Guy, who finds out that none of them are paid for.
** Fortunately: Marvin only has to pay $40.00 (or one pigeon) for one Squishmallow that Jeffy rubbed his wiener and butt on, as the rest are in pristine condition and still have their tags. Brooklyn warns Jeffy that if he catches him stealing from Target again, he's going to cut his hand off like the vendor almost did to Jasmine in WesternAnimation/Aladdin.
