The 20 Minute YTP Challenge is a series of {{YouTube Poop}}s created by people on TheRealXboxNerd's Discord server. The series remixes episodes of various children's shows popular in the United Kingdom, including Kingdom. The format is as follows for each 'round': after randomly selecting one or two episodes of the following chosen show(s) using number wheels, the contributors each choose one or more scenes from the episode(s) to remix. Each contributor is only allowed 20 minutes of editing time per episode, resulting in short video segments that are then collected and edited into a single video.

To date, there have been fifty 'rounds' of the challenge with over forty participants between them.

* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness:
** The first ten rounds, aside from Round 8, exclusively used WesternAnimation/ThomasAndFriends model episodes as a source. While Thomas's widespread popularity drew attention from viewers, the contributors had begun to tire of the material, so they first used Round 8 as a break from Thomas before completely diversifying their sources from Round 11 onward.
** The "Dirty Percy" joke was particularly prominent in the first ten rounds, but a combination of trying to avoid its overuse and the shift in focus away from Thomas episodes made it much less common afterwards. Compare the Station Joke, which saw continued use for many kinds of accidents or interruptions.

** Round 29 uses audio from the Literature/TheRailwaySeries audiobooks and edited still images from the picture books rather than the WesternAnimation/ThomasAndFriends model episodes. While the results were impressive, the extra work needed caused the contributors to agree not to repeat the experiment.
