* AdaptationalVillainy: The entire staff of the Rooster Teeth company are portrayed as [[{{Jerkass}} jerkasses]], drunks, psychopaths, unstable [[{{Cloudcuckoolander}} maniacs]], and more...Though it's all PlayedForLaughs. [[MeanCharacterNiceActor They're all pretty good people in real life]].

* AlphaBitch: ''"When In Doubt Dab"'' portrays Meg Turney as a consistent rival and belittler of Mariel's choices during the episode, and Mariel and Lindsay goes on to claim that she was acting similarly to the antagonists of Film/MeanGirls.

* BlatantLies: The comedian from ''"Mooning Over Shoes"'' ends up mooning Aaron. What's the thing he says to him in order to make him feel better? That the butt he saw was ''fake''. The bizarre thing is that Aaron actually believed this...Until he turned 13.

* TheBully: As expected, a good number of the employees used to be bullied.

** The recurring ''"Gavin or Google?"'' segments basically show how Gavin's thought process works, and how bizarre his questions can be. Incidentally enough, he's much more grounded in reality when compared to Chris.

** Ray Narvaez stopped appearing after he left the company.

** It gets [[LampshadedTrope lampshaded]] during ''"Behind the Blue"'', when Burnie explains that an escaped panther couldn't get very far on "noodle limbs".

* BouquetToss: In "Barb's Bouquet Grab", she caught the bouquet just before it landed in the hands of the woman in front of her due to the fact that she was much taller and was able to reach over the other woman's head.

** Chris's appearances usually make him the butt of many jokes as well, so it can be expected that if Gavin and Chris are in the same episode, then Chris is usually the bigger ButtMonkey, largely due to Gavin having a bit more common sense.

** Chris has a strange way of cooking fish and once thought almonds were walnuts. He apparently is also convinced that tater tots can also be qualified as fries. In fact, upon meeting him in "What is Chris?", Blizz is convinced Chris is secretly an alien.

* TheFaceless: Jordan Cwierz himself is never animated. If he is shown, his face is obscured, such as with a banner in "House Training Chris", a baseball mask in "Baseball Bruises", or just simply depicted as a Zoom call icon in "Dad Bod vs. Father Bod". The one time he's actually drawn is the 2020 animated RTX at Home panel on the Rooster Teeth site.

** Mariel firmly establishes herself as this among the girls during ''"When In Doubt Dab"'', with her constantly being portrayed as being unbearable to be around in the other girls' eyes. They all were quick to make fun of her thought of how many jellybeans were in the baby bottle, turn on her when she started taking one of the party games too seriously, and nobody celebrated her actually winning one of them in the end.
