Ever since ''It's Gotta Be Perfect'', [=SMG4=] has been on the road in an RV until construction the new castle can kick off. However, there's one thing, one aspect of all this that has only been covered in ''Mario Plays Cat Mario but every time he dies the walls close in'': Susan's replacement as CEO. Going with an above theory that there will be an episode about the new CEO, Neal Mohan, I think Neal will have a hand in helping [=SMG4=] find a spot to build his castle for a favor...whether it's coordinating for new [=YouTube=] policies (As the last major policy update, back in March, was perceived as a major win for content creators) or protecting him against a [[UnstoppableRage very angry Susan Whippersnapper]].

Be it an "If Mario Was In...Murder Drones" or a Murder/Worker Drone character being introduced. Or both.
* Kinda confirmed, with the sponsor at the start of "If Mario Was In...Squid Game" has N interacting with Mario and Bob in his usual AxCrazy ways.

The new universe he was creating? All a plot make the jump from the internet to television and continue his chaos there. He partly succeeded and somehow managed to escape to that new universe...but his defeat had reduced him to an ambiguous glitchy mass. Worse yet, Pibby and [=BunBun=] could well end up in the same situation as Melony and Axol respectively in order to stop this terror.

It would be a nice callback to her debut personality while at the same time playing into the theme of the past few episodes.

Miyamoto was also willing to welcome his crew if they made good games...but they didn't, so Miyamoto signed it anyway, telling Mario that he's better than playing with these silly people.

This may not mean much because we see Melony "shut down" after the Super [=DMCA=] was signed, but it can be easy to forget that Melony was only brought to life because of the Fierce Deity Mask, so who's to say it cannot save Melony herself like Kirby with the Dedede Badge during Subspace Emissary from Super Smash Bros. Brawl?]]

* Jossed. Lawyer Kong does not leave a final point, just deciding to be Funky Kong. Miyamoto does present a different point: the crew would not have survived in a real life trial but he finds them fun and cool.[=SMG4=]

So, did anybody feel like the lawsuit arc was a bit...out of the ordinary? It's the second arc in a year when there have only been one arc per year, nobody died, and the ArcVillain [[KarmaHoudini got off with barely a slap on the wrist]]. Seems odd, doesn't it...but what if it was intentional? What if this was leading into a more serous arc like the rest? After all, it happened with Genesis and Revelations, so what's to say lighting wont strike twice?

Here's my theory: Funky Kong was down on his luck,[[CallBack now broke after buying NFTs]], and wandering the streets aimlessly, when a silhouetted figure steps out of an alleyway and offers him a deal: A chance to restart his life...and all he has to do is put on some sunglasses. Funky naturally agrees and puts on the glasses, only for it to turn out that the sunglasses had some mind-control technology in them, causing him to be controlled by whoever masterminded the whole thing (We'll call him "The Puppeteer" for now) and gave rise to Lawyer Kong.

After a bit of climbing the ranks (with help from The Puppeteer), Lawyer Kong became the head of Nintendo's legal team and went after [=SMG4=], leading to the events of the lawsuit arc. After the WOTFI 2022, The Puppeteer's scheme seemed to be over...shame he had a plan B, and that he already had an instrument to help him fulfill said plan in the form of Funky Kong. Why did Funky Kong become an Arms-Dealer at the end of the arc? Simple: The Puppeteer wants to start a CivilWar with the Mushroom Kingdom where they end up ruling the Kingdom instead of Peach, eventually driving its citizens to war against memes.

But why? Why would he do all of this, putting so many lives at stake before committing what amounts to genocide of an entire species? Well, they gave their reason through Lawyer Kong when he set up the fire-wall: He hates what [=SMG4=] has done to his world, turned it from what was once a happy-go-lucky land where nothing too bad happened into a Meme-filled hellhole where hundreds were killed of for "Black Comedy". He just wants everything to be [[CallBack nice and peaceful... Just like it used to be.]]

* Well, the idea is certainly...unique, but I don't think they'll change Saiko's design so soon after her revamp.

[[WMG: [=SMG4=] himself will be the next ArcVillain]]
The plot of ''[=SMG4=]...Are You OK?'' shows his descent into a brief villainhood over making content to be worthy of Mr. Yeast's time by enslaving Toads and making videos of questionable quality, and after [=SMG3=] teaches him a "quality over quantity" lesson, he sets out to make "the best video ever", even skipping out on a trip to Texas in ''Mario Goes To Ohio" to focus on it. I get the feeling that once this "best video" is finished, one of two things will happen:

* On the other side of the spectrum, the video could be such a massive success that [=SMG4=] becomes DrunkWithPower and uses that same video to singlehandedly control the entire Mushroom Kingdom. We know what happens when particular memes reach a certain point with ''Lord Of The Memes'', so having [=SMG4=] make a video that could surpass even the Ultimate Meme could result in this outcome.

It's evident now that we're in the middle of a new Arc, but [=WOTFI=] 2023 seems to be a long way off. If we're capping this Arc off with War of the Fat Italians 2023, then I believe we're gonna be in for the longest Arc that the channel has ever made...though alternatively there could be a different finale episode than normal.

[[WMG: [=SMG4=]'s perfect video will get screwed over by the new Youtube CEO]]
As related to a previous WMG, the theory that Susan Whenyouwishuponastar is going to be replaced as the Youtube CEO following her real life counterpart stepping down might tie into the Perfect Video arc. Maybe when [=SMG4=] finishes the video, he temporarily regains his sanity...only to lose it when he posts the video and it either gets ignored or dogged on by the new changes to Youtube. This then leads to [=SMG4=] completely loosing it and either decides to take it out on the world or just Youtube.

[[WMG: [=SMG4=]'s perfect video will be a rickroll]]

After the events of "It's gotta be perfect", The castle was sucked into the ground and left a gaping hole in its place, taking Peach along with it, leaving [=SMG4=] and his gang without their usual hangout spot. Now, this would make a fine place to leave...but there hasn't been a playlist made for the Arc, meaning that it's likely still going. What I'm thinking is that the next few videos will center around three different things: [=SMG4=] and pals trying to find a new spot to relax, and mostly failing; The remnants of the kingdom trying to re-establish their rule after the castle and Peach pulled a [[Film/{Poltergeist}]], possibly having a new major antagonist fill the spot; and special forces and the like trying to figure out what to do with the hole.

[[WMG:The Central villain of the arc has control over electronics and media, and is attracted to obsession and desires.]]

There seems to be a lot of emphasis on the upcoming Wild West episode... ''too much'' empahsis, there also seems to be some sorta glitching happening to the gang, as seen with the end of "Ready to Ride" and [[https://twitter.com/smg4official/status/1675580309184675840 this image]]. What I'm thinking is that if they get to the western town (I'm saying if because I feel like there's a possibility they won't be in a western at all), the Wild West theme will either only last half or %90 of an episode before the façade of it falls away (maybe even literally with fake buildings and backdrops) and the true villain reveals themselves (possibly acting like a director).

* Based on a pattern I've noticed with every Glitch villain death (the first dies in a violent way in disgrace, while the second dies in a tame way in honour), this isn't likely considering Wren died with dignity already.
