Also, there was some speculation to why the crew didn't join the fight against Hody and where they are now. It could be that Caesar wanted to do so, but after getting his heart back, he somehow learned, that it didn't actually belong to him, and hence him being unable to put it inside his chest, and now he doesn't care. Even if he doesn't know about it (which doesn't make much sense with aforementioned information), it doesn't matter, because this is exactly what Law wants him to think.
