I'm not sure if Skulls was aiming to make that a species trait, but I just found it intresting how those three all seemed very focused on annoying sounds more than other dino's shown

Yes, they seem to have identical makeup, but as human siblings aren't genetically the same (except in the case of identical twins) it's simply possible that [[spoiler:Tacet]] inherited more Spino when she was forming in her egg than Elise did. Yes, she looks similar, but as of now we don't know if she looks exactly the same as Elise.
