** Pyra/Mythra: They revive on their own (or alternatively, they aren't actually dead, but blackout drunk like in [[https://www.woodenplankstudios.com/comic/super-smashed-sisters-everyone-is-home/ this comic]]) since Blades live as long as their Drivers. Rex is unaccounted for, and the only way a Blade can die permanently is if their Core Crystal is damaged, and the Aegis is much more difficult to destroy than a normal Blade. Plus, the Aegis was only poisoned. Or they get the Architect to make another Pneuma.
** Alternately for both: They use the series' Party Gauge mechanics to revive them. Or they use Ether to revive them both.
* Captain Falcon: Either win enough races to get 10,000 points or enter a race and focus on knocking out five fighters.
* The ''Kid Icarus'' crew: A Hot Spring or the Rewind Spring.
* Solid Snake: Make another Big Boss clone.

* Going back to the FridgeLogic, if Sephiroth's true plan was to kill all the fighters and instill despair in Cloud before death, wouldn't he be aware that Kazuya (and Sora) hadn't arrived, and wouldn't he have taken care of Incineroar while he was in a vulnerable position to ensure no witnesses or that no one brings them back? This SpannerInTheWorks seems oddly timed that he wouldn't wait until Kazuya made himself at home, Sora was revealed as the final fighter, and when Incineroar is allowed to fight again.
** Maybe he knew of this already? Maybe he grabbed an opening as to when he can showcase his evil side and got the opportunity, regardless of Incineroar's imprisonment, Kazuya's late arrival, and Sora's absence.

** Did Sakurai allow Sephiroth to go through with his poisoning scheme, or is he solely focused on working that he's oblivious to it?
** Is Sephiroth the one behind the door? His whereabouts are unknown after all, and maybe he could be right where everyone is, seeing the aftermath of his 'greatest work yet'.

* Considering that most of the villains are given the MeanCharacterNiceActor treatment, it would not be too surprising for Samus to be more tolerant of her villains.

* It's highly unlikely that they would [[EasilyForgiven simply forgive him]] and [[StatusQuoIsGod everything goes back to the way it used to be]], so there are several possible outcomes:
** A) Sephiroth isn't forgiven and is [[KilledOffForReal killed off for the tragedies that occurred during the arc]].
** B) Sephiroth is put through HumiliationConga for the rest of the series.
** C) They find a way to get a ReplacementGoldfish of him (might overlap with A).
** D) Sephiroth's ultimate punishment is that Sakurai nerfs him.

He will return only to come face to face with all the fighters plus the assist trophies, everyone who helped them (such as Master Chief and Doom Guy), the Legendary Pokemon (if they are saved from the Distortion World) they befriended, and the other characters he trolled when he first appeared giving him a MASSIVE DeathGlare. Sephiroth will try to run only to face Sakurai and the Hands right behind him, furious at him for killing all the fighters.
