Furthermore Maltruant's plan to reshape the universe in his own image and Malware's plan to assimilate Galvan Prime are definitely from the same family of evil plans, albeit Maltruants is on a far grander scale than Malwares.

He claimed it was "begging for trouble" when he first learned about it, but after taking the Ultimatrix away at the end of ''Ultimate Alien'', he couldn't resist the urge to examine its capabilities and ran it on every DNA sample in the Codon Stream, then digitized the updated DNA. He's holding this data in reserve and will eventually upload it into Ben's Omnitrix when he feels Ben really needs it.
Also, the evolved versions that came from his experiments will be slightly different from the evolved forms that Albedo used -- less "rougher-looking".
