To the public, Nekonome Ginka is simply the young daughter of a plutocrat, living her days in a manor with an elderly steward and his two maid daughters. But secretly, she is the Silver Cat, a PhantomThief with a cat motif that steals from the wicked, and her serving staff are responsible for her intel, disguises, and gadgets. Their next target, the "Emerald Queen", is a gemstone rumored to have been illegally obtained by the wealthy businesswoman Kurobara Mineko to sell on the black market. But Mineko has had her eyes on the Silver Cat for some time, and is eager to add the thief herself to her collection of treasures...
