While most in Edelland speak modern English, the translation has the others from foreign countries make moderate to heavy use of this trope to distinguish the foreignness of their native languages. It's especially prevalent with characters from Fronce, which is rather logical, as Edelland is basically a Prussia {{Expy}}.
