* ''WesternAnimation/BatmanBeyondReturnOfTheJoker'': After ComicBook/TheJoker reveals himself, Bruce radios Terry with specific instructions not to respond at Joker's gloating, as it's just what he wants. This makes Terry realize the Joker is an AttentionWhore who loves to hear himself laugh even if others don't like his jokes. Terry then proceeds to [[IShallTauntYou deconstruct]] the clown by stating that he is just nothing but a stupid, overgrown manchild whose jokes are [[BoringInsult boring]] and that he failed to make the original Batman laugh. Joker doesn't take Terry's disrespect lightly. After all, the only thing worse for a comedian than a ToughRoom is TheHeckler. The MonsterClown becomes a real monster when Terry deconstructs him.

** In ''WesternAnimation/TheHunchbackOfNotreDame'', when Judge Claude Frollo sees that Esmeralda's alive, he stops pretending to be Quasimodo's loving parent and reveals to him how [[spoiler:his mother died trying to save him]]. After that, he mercilessly persues and tries to kill both him and Esmeralda, with a scary SlasherSmile. At the end, he cuts through a statue, [[DisneyVillainDeath which takes him to his doom]].

** At the end of Disney's animated ''WesternAnimation/TheGreatMouseDetective'' (see the image on the right), Ratigan goes from being [[WickedCultured a smarmy, smug intellectual]] [[OneWingedAngel to a feral, crazed rat]], savagely attacking Basil. Although he does have quick seconds of losing his cool throughout the film, he is just as quickly able to recover and be calm and collected. But when Basil both humiliates Ratigan in front of dozens of aristocrats and saves and reunites Olivia and her father (whom Ratigan had been keeping separate for most of the movie), Ratigan breaks down.

** ''WesternAnimation/CinderellaIIIATwistInTime'': After her spell fails to make the Prince forget Cinderella and marry Anastasia, Lady Tremaine plots to get him to marry her own daughter by spelling Anastasia to look exactly like Cinderella and take her place in the wedding. Anastasia, however, has her HeelFaceTurn at the last minute and the real Cinderella arrives just in time to see Anastasia reject him at the altar.. All her chances of marrying into the throne ruined once for all, Lady Tremaine decides to seize the kingdom by force, turning all the guards into animals with the stolen magic wand, then attempting to do the same to her own daughter, forcing Cinderella and the Prince to step in to protect Anastasia and turning the magic back onto Lady Tremaine. [[spoiler:And if she ''had'' managed to wipe out Cinderella, Anastasia and the Prince, she would've most likely done the same to ''the King''.]]

The fight ends with Steele falling off a cliff, but surviving. As Steele climbs back up to see Balto leading the sled team away, Steele deliberately sabotages Balto's trail, clearly [[LackOfEmpathy not caring for the sick children who desperately need the medicine]] that's being carried by the sled team. Steele gets back to Nome alone and claims that Balto was the one who attacked him, but Jenna sees through Steele's lies. When Balto and the sled team manage to make it back to town in spite of Steele's efforts at sabotage, Steele instantly gets a mass DeathGlare from every dog in Nome. Steele is ultimately reduced to a a hated outcast by all those who had once looked up to him.

* Darla Dimple of ''WesternAnimation/CatsDontDance'' gets a big one at the end. Darla's attempts to sabotage Danny's last-ditch effort to show that animals can be stars actually ''helps'' them. At the end, frazzled, exhausted, and completely infuriated, Darla crawls up to Danny and, in front of the audience, makes the fatal mistake of outing herself as the one who sabotaged his earlier attempt when she calls Danny out for upstaging her one last time. This leads to her true nature being shown all over Hollywood and having her fame and stardom taken away from her while the animals get their shot at stardom.

And all the dogs leave and slam the boiler room door in the contemptible malamute's face. Steele is therefore reduced to a a hated outcast by all those who'd looked up to him
