Notably, this song is played in the credits of the Azure Moon, Verdant Wind, and Silver Snow routes, where she acts as one of the central villains, but not the Crimson Flower route, where she is the {{deuteragonist}}, which uses a different song for the credits]].

** Though not exactly evil, Team Dark's (Shadow, Rouge, and E-123-Omega) theme [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjkmncTpBFQ This Machine]] is arguably the best theme among the 4 teams' theme songs, and it's about the three members of the team who were marked as villains in the previous game, or built by the villain in Omega's case.
** ''[[VideoGame/SonicStorybookSeries Sonic and the Black Knight]]'' has [[SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic the excellent final boss song]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ey-oB-qw45c "With Me"]] -- which interestingly, is sung from both the perspective of [[spoiler:Merlina, the Dark Queen]] AND Sonic.
** They also brought back Throw It All Away and All Hail Shadow. Also, Shadow's page on the Sonic wiki has a whole section of theme songs related to him, and it even makes of note of saying that the lyrics are hard to understand in most of them. Oh, and for a mind boggler, remember Live and Learn? Yeah, the main theme and final boss music of ''Sonic Adventure 2''? They actually attribute that as ''his'' theme.

Since the game is still in development, this is the only musical number in the game that has been released publicly so far. The devs have promised that each of the game's antagonists will get their own song in the final game.

* The educational computer game ''VideoGame/IMMeen'' opens with a catchy Villain Song from the titular villain about his plan to trap studious little bookworms in a magic labyrinth using a magic book. It almost makes up for the fact that it and all other cutscenes were animated by the same people who animated the dreaded ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaCDiGames'' (though that has lead to Meen becoming popular in several WebAnimation/YouTubePoop videos).

** We never get to hear it sung in-game, but the [[AllThereInTheManual pause menu descriptions]] for [[spoiler:[[FinalBoss Void Termina's]] first and third forms]] are lyric sheets for the otherwise-instrumental [[RecurringRiff Jambastion Mages' theme]]. [[spoiler:The pause menu descriptions for the three Jambastion Mages in [[BossRush The Ultimate Choice]] provide more lyrics, as well as a title: "Song of Supplication".]]

** ''VideoGame/BatmanArkhamKnight'' gives him an original song, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JldMIRx3w-4 "Look Who's Laughing Now"]]. It plays twice in the game; the first is a show-stopping big band number with EvilGloating galore about [[spoiler:his inevitable GrandTheftMe of Batman from beyond the grave due to infecting him with a virus]]. If you get HundredPercentCompletion, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qwd_BEGe_Zw the version that plays over the credits]] is a sad DarkReprise after Batman [[spoiler:uses Scarecrow's fear toxin to imprison the Joker's shade in his subconscious forever]], foiling his plans.

** While they may be purely instrumental, Organization XIII's battle music must count for something, right? Listen to [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5DZZVLqxVA The 13th Struggle,]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YlA-g5YIqQ The 13th Dilemma,]] or [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Isg0CWQoIdY The 13th Reflection]] and tell me I'm wrong. And, naturally, we get an epic remix of the One-Winged Angel for the Sephiroth battle.

** Let's not forget [[MadScientist Relius]] [[ArchNemesisDad Clover's]] infamous [[ColdBloodedTorture Torture]] music theme [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ksNWDKeBX4 Plastic Night]].

* Don't forget [[spoiler:Aribeth's]] theme (from ''VideoGame/NeverwinterNights'') when [[spoiler:she does a complete face-heel turn]]. Their "evil theme" is played when the Player character encounters them near the end of the game and can also be found in the game's toolset.

** In ''VideoGame/RiverCityGirls2'', there's "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zC6yI3twLhU Get Off My Lawn]]", which is sung from the perspective of the boss of the area, [[GothGirlsKnowMagic the witch, Blaire]].

** The second game features a similar ending song: ''[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFeTzCMFaH8 Want You Gone]]''. Rarely for a sequel villainous song, it approximately equals the original in quality (often actually creepier).

* ''VideoGame/Psychonauts2'': [[spoiler:The mental world of the mole Gristol Malik has an entire Ride/ItsASmallWorld-esque (fitting, since his mental world is essentially a propaganda ride) song that basically explains his motivations for trying to destroy the Psychonauts and "resurrect" his childhood hero Maligula. The song is absolutely laden with ignorance and propaganda. Malik himself even joins in singing along over the loudspeaker for the last few parts.]]

* ''VideoGame/NightmareNed'' has "The Mouse Song"; a delightful little number about mice electrocuting people in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uizhgr6pZFQ their bathtubs]].
