Radel999 actually uploaded this game to a few sites, but some sites like Hotfile are taken down, one site doesn't seem to be trustworthy, and the one in MFGG is only the early demo version. That leaves only MediaFire as his only "perfect" place (for now, probably) to upload his projects. [[http://www.mediafire.com/download/41q83eqz7387va2/Wario+Land+Legends+of+6+Crystals+%28Full%29.zip You can download the game here.]]

** That's if the other island residents (not sure if they actually exist... Kia claimed that there are other residents, though) aren't helping out when Wario was gone. Would be understandable if they do, and this trope can be ignored. However, the only person who actually met Wario when he crash landed on the island is Kia and the way the cutscenes go means that she didn't report her findings to the other "so-called" residents. Even if they can find his broken down airplane, if they didn't see the owner, they might assume the wreck as useless pieces of junk.

* CouldHaveAvoidedThisPlot: If only Kia (and the other island residents) chose to immediately fix Wario's airplane without talking about taking down Equestria, the main plot wouldn't happen and the game would be already done after a few cutscenes with no gameplay. This is assuming that the airplane can be fixed very quickly as seen in the ending cutscene, where the just-rescued Kia [[spoiler:and the other hostages]] somehow managed to fix his airplane in a really short time. To be exact, just right after they went back to their world!

''Wario Land: Legends of 6 Crystals'' is a VideoGame/WarioLand fangame created by Radel999 (or HTFMegaman), the same person who made the VideoGame/HappyTreeFriendsAdventures series.

The story begins with Wario going on a journey using his airplane, only for a rainbow-colored beam to hit him and causing him to crash land on an island. There, he's greeted by a girl named Kia, who somehow knows Wario's name. She tells him that the beam came from [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic Equestria]], a place that the island residents, including Kia, absolutely loathe and despise. Kia then asks him to kill the ruler, Princess Celestia, or the whole world will be doomed.

Yeah... that's how the plot goes. Yes, it's a {{CrossOver}} fangame just like VideoGame/HappyTreeFriendsAdventures.

Like the VideoGame/WarioLand series, the game is a platformer. Wario can use a variety of attacks depending on what power-up he's equipping. He starts with "Punch", which makes him charge forward. Other power-ups allow him to either [[StuffBlowingUp throw bombs]], [[PlayingWithFire shoot fireballs]], or fly through the air. Seeing that it's set in Equestria, your enemies are mostly colorful ponies, as well as some non-Equestrian oddities like [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros Cheep-Cheeps and Spinies]].

The game is divided into six stages, each having 4-7 courses, with the last course always ending with a boss battle. The stages can be re-visited by making use of PasswordSave.

While it's mainly centered around [[VideoGame/WarioLand Wario]] and [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic the residents of Equestria]], it has a few references to other franchises as well as a few guest appearances.

A sequel is planned to be made, but it's currently probably stuck in DevelopmentHell along with other upcoming Dunami games.

----
!!This game provides examples of:
* OneUp: You can only gain extra lives by picking up a "1UP heart" that flashes between different colors (regular red hearts restore health).
* AbnormalAmmo:
** Pinkie Pie's means of attacking you involve throwing ''gumballs''.
** Apple Bloom throws apples when you approach her.
* {{Acrofatic}}: It's a platformer starring Wario, so of course he has this trait.
* AutoscrollingLevel: A few levels from this game are considered this.
* BigFancyCastle: The second stage, Rarity's Hidden Castle. Celestia's castle in the last stage also counts.
* BlindIdiotTranslation: As mentioned in the VideoGame/HappyTreeFriendsAdventures page, Radel999 is Polish and isn't really good at English language, so the many typos and grammar mistakes in this game are expected.
** However, some parts of the game's dialogue somehow have better grammar, spelling, and sentence structure. It is possible that somebody else wrote those specific lines, while the rest still has hilariously broken English.
* BubblyClouds: Cloudsdale, which is the fifth stage.
* TheCameo:
** Derpy Hooves can be seen in certain levels, flying fast across the bottom part of that level.
** Scorpion of Franchise/MortalKombat fame, while not physically seen, has his spear thrown once you've reduced Fluttershy's health into nothing. He also yells out, "GET OVER HERE!" as he pulls the stabbed Fluttershy.
* CaptainErsatz: The Bullet Bills and Bill Blasters are edited to make them somehow "belong" to Equestria. How are they edited? By removing the Bullet Bill's arms and replacing the skull on Bill Blasters with a pony head, of course.
* CardboardPrison: After getting trapped by Celestia in the penultimate stage, Wario is taken to a castle-like prison. When you begin that part, you can simply bust out by breaking a breakable wall on the right side of the room.
* DamselInDistress: From the introduction cutscene, Kia is taken away by Celestia just before you can begin your adventure. [[spoiler:However, it turns out that she isn't the only one to be captured by Celestia.]]
* DefeatEqualsExplosion
* EverythingsBetterWithRainbows: Inverted... according to the island residents [[spoiler:and Celestia's hostages]]. Also, colored beams hurt Wario.
* FlashOfPain: Whenever the boss gets hurt.
* GoombaStomp: Wario can do this to most enemies.
* GreenHillZone: The first stage, Apple Forest.
* HeartsAreHealth
* LevelAte: Candy Field, which is the fourth stage.
* LevelsTakeFlight: The boss fight section against Rainbow Dash takes place at a dark cloudy sky where Wario is limited to flying and shooting fireballs (the latter due to the forced power-up pick up).
* LightEmUp: Twilight Sparkle and Celestia both attack by firing shots made of light. The shots can split into two when they hit the ground.
* LudicrousGibs: Some of the boss characters explode into a bloody mess after being defeated.
* MisplacedWildlife: As in, what are those [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros Cheep-Cheeps and Spinies]] doing in Equestria?
* MusicalNod: Like other Dunami games, this game's soundtrack consists of music from other video games.
* NintendoHard: The difficulty comes from tricky platforming in certain parts and from certain boss battles.
* NonIndicativeName: One of the stages, Parasprite Lake, has no parasprites to be seen.
* PasswordSave
* PlayingWithFire: Wario's "Fire" power-up allows him to shoot fireballs at a straight line. Unlike the bombs, you can fire several fireballs at a time instead of just one.
* RonTheDeathEater: The ponies are pretty much this in this game. Even the castles in Equestria have pools of lava a la [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros Bowser]]'s castle.
* ScoringPoints: You gain points from picking up gems and defeating enemies.
* ShockAndAwe: Rainbow Dash shoots small bolts of lightning during her boss battle.
* ShoutOut:
** The goal signs at the end of non-boss levels are similar to the ones in the early Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog games. (albeit with Wario and Celestia instead of Sonic and Robotnik/Eggman, natch)
** In certain parts of a level, [[Franchise/MortalKombat a random guy pops out from the lower right corner of the screen and says, "Toasty!"]].
** The MiniBoss fight against Apple Bloom is basically Bowser's boss fight in VideoGame/SuperMarioBros1.
* TheSpiny: The Spinies from Franchise/SuperMarioBros appear as enemies.
* StuffBlowingUp: Wario's "Bomb" power-up allows him to throw bombs at an arc, only one at a time. The bomb can also be bounced on Wario's head to make it travel farther.
* {{Unwinnable}}: If your computer isn't fast enough, the lag can slow Wario down whenever you activate his "Fly" ability. As Wario flies for a set amount of time, the lag can make it impossible for you to reach the farther safe ground.
* VictoryPose: Wario does this whenever he finishes a level.
* VillainProtagonist: You are the evil Wario, who is tasked to kill Princess Celestia, who doesn't seem to have much threat other than capturing people who plan to threaten Equestria. Other characters on your side, other than Kia who clearly wants the ponies dead, include [[spoiler:Suzette the WebAnimation/HappyTreeFriends fan character (coming from an extremely violent show, it does clash with MLP despite the cutesy look; also, the creator is a HTF fan and a MLP hater) and Bowser]].
* WalkDontSwim
