Sure, its 10 damage is pitiful, and it is the least flashy weapon after the basic Shot, but it not only hits every opponent and [[AlwaysAccurateAttack can never miss]], but it flattens out the terrain, which can screw up enemy aim, help you with yours, or get you and/or your friends out of a deep pit.
