thought this could be arranged better

Pyongyang Racer is a North Korean "racing" game released on Devember 18th, 2012. It basically consists of the player driving around Pyongyang, checking out the various sights while being insulted by a North Korean police officer.

That's it. You are timed, but when the game was released, there wasn't a leaderboard, so the only way to know how well you did is to e-mail the company.

It was so popular it crashed the website it was hosted on, and was down for quite a long time. As of now, though, it's back up and now has a leaderboard.

It caught on outside its home country mainly as a novelty, but it was so way more popular it than expected -- so much so that the unexpected traffic crashed the website it was that hosted on, and was down for it. After quite a long time. As of now, though, while offline, it went back up with a working leaderboard, and can be found it's back up and now has a leaderboard.

* TheTropelessTale: Likely the closest example of this in gaming, outside of obscure games likely to be lost in the cesspool of SturgeonsLaw. The game has only 6 or so tropes (not including this one) as late as November 26th, 2017; even 5 years after the game first came out.

That's it. You are timed, but there is no leader-board, so the only way to know how well you did is to e-mail the company.

It was so popular it crashed the website, and it is still down as of this edit.

As of this edit, it's back up and now has a leaderboard.
