''Pokémon Fusion Generation'' is a fanmade Pokémon game for PC. Set between Generations III and IV, it features characters from [[VideoGame/PokemonRubyAndSapphire Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire]], the Champion of Hoenn and his or her rival, who have traveled to Kanto. The plot focuses on the invention of [[FusionDance Pokémon Fusion]], the permement merging of two (or more) Pokémon into one being, that inherits features of both. In order to become the Champion once again, the player must challenge the new and improved Gym Leaders of Kanto and their new [[TitleDrop Pokémon-Fusions]], and prevent these powerful new creatures from falling into the wrong hands. The game was inspired by the recent fusing or splicing of Pokémon sprites to make new Pokémon by fans.

** You start with a [[ATasteOfPower level 80]] [[InstantAwesomeJustAddDragons Rayquaza]], but you have to give it up pretty soon. You can get it back once you [[OneHundredPercentCompletion see every Fusion in the game]].

* CoolBike: Averted, since your bike [[spoiler:used to belong to a little girl]]. Some trainers will even point out that you bike looks girly.

Alas, it is now DeadFic after Nintendo had the game removed.

* GameBreaker: Aside from the diverse legendaries you can receive, there's also [[spoiler:Gyaranite, which you get from Lance after beating the Elite Four + Champion for the first time]]. Both of the Pokémon forming it are among the best in the game on their own right, so neither holds the other back significantly. The type combination (Dragon/Water) is extremely powerful, being weak ''only'' to Dragon (which it can itself counter) while also coming packed with great offensive power. Because it's a Water-type, it can make good use of important and powerful HMs (Surf being a little weak due to its focus on Attack over Special Attack, but Waterfall hits like a truck). Also, it looks awesome. There's no real reason not to make it your primary Water Pokémon once you receive it.

** Scientist Alfonse says "Oh, brother!" after being defeated, a reference to Alphonse Elric from ''Manga/FullmetalAlchemist'' and his tendency to [[SayMyName shout "BROTHER!!" at Ed.]]

** The second time around you face the Champion, his team is '''[[OhCrap full]]''' of Legendary Fusions. You can catch only one of them [[spoiler:([[ExtraOreDinary Dial]][[PsychicPowers xys]])]], and you can create another one of your own using a Mystery Gift [[spoiler:([[OurDragonsAreDifferent Ray]][[ExtraOreDinary lix]])]].

* CreatorCameo: You can battle the creators on the S.S. Anne in the most challenging battle in the game.
* CrueltyIsTheOnlyOption: You have to murder Youngster Sandy's poor little Caterpie with your colossal, fire-breathing dragon in order to enter Pallet Town.

* AwesomeYetPractical: Chantabuzz, a fusion you get from Lt. Surge, which could almost count as a LethalJokeCharacter considering the way it looks. It's one of the few Fusions where neither of the members hold back the other (they both have similar, decent stat totals). It packs a fair amount of punch with Electric-type attacks, but what makes it shine is the Softboiled move which gives not only it, but your entire team great durability (especially for cheapskates who dislike wasting money on Restores).
** [[spoiler:Gyaranite, which you receive from Lance after beating the Elite Four + Champion for the first time]], is an even straighter example. Both of the Pokémon forming it are among the best in the game on their own right, so neither holds the other back significantly. The type combination (Dragon/Water) is extremely powerful, being weak ''only'' to Dragon (which it can itself counter) while also coming packed with great offensive power. Because it's a Water-type, it can make good use of important and powerful HMs (Surf being a little weak due to its focus on Attack over Special Attack, but Waterfall hits like a truck).
