DecoyProtagonist: The opening makes it look like Innocence is the protagonist, before Roy makes [[BigDamnHeroes his grand entrance]], relegating Innocence to MoralityPet. Then about two thirds of the way in, he is either PutOnABus or KilledOffForReal.

DiscOneFinalBoss: Much of the game’s promotional material makes it look like Sean is going to be TheHeavy, but he is killed at the end of Act 1.
